used in cracks and crevices in kitchen cabinets and under kitchen and bathroom sinks, Also refilled existing bait traps. after 2days haven't seen a live Cockroach and only a couple of dead ones. works best if you do not spray. if you spray it keeps them away from the bait and they can't carry it back to the nest.

This is the best of the best after one month. We are cockroach-free after trying every kind of product. I highly recommend it; it comes in a smaller tube, but it’s exactly what you need. 👌👌👌👌👌👌

After having a colony that became resistant to Group 22 of pesticides, this product is killing them quickly! Finally some relief! Great price and great size. Definitely worth a try!

This product is amazing it definitely kills roaches but unfortunately there wasn't a lot in the container.

I’ve used a lot of different stuff to try and get rid of dessert roaches- glue traps, barrier sprays, bait stations, etc. and all failed. I had tried other brands of clear gel with mixed results, but I saw this stuff and decided to give it a shot. The tube is a little tricky to figure out (bend the tab out, rotate head to dial in flow rate), and it can be hard to get a clean dot or line, but this stuff works. A few days after applying, the roaches starting turning up dead, after a week there were literal piles of dead roaches and no living ones. Cleaning this stuff up is hard, especially if it’s been on the surface for a while, but some rubbing alcohol and water works well. Be sure to keep this 110% away from where pets can reach it- it’s got a decent scent to it that my dogs were interested in quite a bit. Overall- it’s kinda pricy for the amount in the tube, but it’s expensive because it works like no other. One tube was enough to rid a 3 bedroom house of a moderate pest take over in the course of 3 weeks. Definitely ordering a second tube to have on hand for “touch ups”.

20240928: If I was allowed a 0-star, that would be my new rating. All the other Terro products I have used were great. This T502 may work in perfect LAB conditions but not in the real world. I trashed the unused portion of the T502. Never again will I purchase the T502. 20240830: Changed rating from 2-stars to 1-star. Bait hardened to the point the roaches will need a chainsaw to create pieces to eat. "BAIT" implies they take the poison back to their nest and then the nest residents help consume the poison. This is not the case with this Terro product, unlike other better Terro products. 20240710: I sent terro.com follow-up questions, "My T502 has the consistency of medium hard caramel. Second question, do roaches eat the T502 or just touch the "bait". Terro's response: "Thank you for reaching out to us. Under normal conditions the gel is good for one year. And to your other question the roaches consume the gel. The product should still be effective as it is drying out, but once it is completely dry, the roaches will no longer be able to consume and it should be reapplied if necessary. We do not have a time frame regarding how long it will take to dry out. This will vary based on humidity, how much was applied, what surface it was applied to, etc. This product is not taken by the roaches back to their nest to share with others. Used internet to find how to allow spray can to function properly. 3. White printed instructions on side of can are barely visible. 4. "Bait" hardens after a day or two. Not sure if roaches can hammer and chisel a piece of the bait for consumption. 5. Waiting on Terro to answer these and other questions via email. I plan to modify my review based on their response(s).

I used this and noticed a decrease in a couple of days but it just wasn't getting the job done. It is easy to use and not so easy to clean up. I need something a little more effective as my neighbors have a infestation that tends to overflow my way from time to time. I think the boric powder is the most efective

I was so frustrated. This year the roaches were worse than I have ever seen them. I was using sprays, baits, roach motels, and nothing that used to work was cutting it. Then I saw this and all I can say is that I am stunned. This killed 90% the FIRST DAY! After 3 days NOT A ROACH VISIBLE. Do not hesitate, this product solved all my problems .
