Great item works like it should slicing bananas evenly. Easy to use and clean. I eat cereal almost every morning with bananas and was slicing by hand now I don’t have to anymore use this banana slicer and seconds bananas in my cereal

This kitchen gadget is a blast! Instead of cutting bananas with a knife, resulting in some thick slices, some thin slices, and the occasional sliced thumb, this gadget makes perfect slices every time, safely and quickly. It has really improved the quality of my bowl of breakfast cereal. Can't imagine ever going back to the old way of doing things. Highly recommend. 👍👍

Haven't tried this on anything but bananas yet, but even if that's all it cuts so quickly and easily, to me it's worth it, because I have 4 kids that all LOVE bananas and this makes slicing them a snap! And it's very easy to clean, just make sure you do it before the banana goop dries and it comes right off with a quick swish or spray of water. I use this almost every day!

It’s pretty cool, but honestly it’s hard to clean, and it’s very cheaply made.

It broke after the third use on a banana. The plastic is too cheap and the connection points for the hinge broke on the third use. IF it were made of a studier plastic it would be a much better product that would actually be useful. I do not recommend this product, especially since the broken piece fell into my cereal! Had I not been paying attention I'd not have seen that small piece of plastic that snapped off fall into the bowl. The device is dangerous!

For your home grown strawberries, it will slice them beautifully. I got some store bought berries to cut up for Use and it Is not wide enough to accommodate the larger berries.. The only con to it is if your hand or thumb is too close to the blade When it pops out "it will cut" Through your skin, ouch! I will be trying it on bananas in the next few days or so.

The hinge on this is so fragile that it broke when closing it without anything inside it to slice. It hadn't even been used and it broke immediately.

when preparing a dessert I can quickly add bananas just prior to serving to avoid "browning" All are evenly sliced and makes for a great presentation

When I first got the product I noticed that it was shaving plastic off when it was slicing (without anything in it). I used it three times to cut 1 1/2 bananas and the back plastic exploded into pieces. I did not use it early enough to return it and am a day late to get a refund.

Owned it for a month and it broke while using it. Too bad because I love the concept. Disappointing.
