This is a really good all-in-one IFAK with almost everything you need. Mine came with all of the contents, and not one was missing. Taking it off in a hurry: The hook and loop connectivity with this is pretty smart. On one side, you attach the molle side to a plate carrier/rig or belt and on the other side is the hook and loop side, where the pouch sticks on with ease. There is also a "belt" where you can lock in the pouch and that makes sure it won't get off by accident. I can be taken off within around 3 seconds, and all you have to do is open it by then. Value: This is a really good value with all of the necessities you would need. You can of course add more to your liking. Size: The pouch is pretty big, and sticks out a lot when I put it on the side of my plate carrier. It can be hidden/put away when paired with other items like what I had in the photos. You can of course just carry it as is, as it can be portable.

Excellent IFAK! Has a ton of room in it for all of the basics that it comes with, plus a little extra room to squeeze in some more essentials. This kit was thought out really well and easy to use. The bag itself is excellent quality. I especially like that you get an Israeli bandage, a chest wound seal, and a rolling splint. I was able to add a full sized tourniquet, some bigger trauma shears, quick clot, and a few more things to it. It is small enough to fit in my go bag, or go in a trunk. I brought mine on vacation although it had to travel in my checked luggage. It's an excellent value. For the money you are spending on it, you get so much more than others.

Very nice kit and great price, took just a few minutes to organize everything the way I wanted. I did add a few items from some bulk first aid supplies I had in hand, some rolled gauze 4in and 6in and a couple more ab pads and no stick gauze pads and a swat t to both the kits I ordered. I did notice that the molle doesn’t line up on the horizontal part with my condor platform not a huge issue though put one on a drop leg platform and another will be going on a tac vest for different uses.

This is a very good product it is life saving if you will be quick you have 3 to 5 minutes to get it on the patient or they will bleed out and die if they have a aerial bleed

After looking at a few different IFAK options, this one seemed to be the best fit. Reviews I read for other kits pretty consistently said those kits' shears were not good quality. The particular ones I recieved with this kit are good quality, but small compared to my wife's shears she buys for work in the ER. However, these cut effortlessly through thick cardboard packaging. The other stuff such as bandages and gauze are pretty basic. I'm going to add quick clot and steri strips and laceration closure strips. Lastly, I'm going add a tourniquet to my kit and a few more to my duty belt and plate carrier.
