There are 2 servings per package. They do not get sticky in the heat (tested during 140 mile ride in the Texas summer). They taste great, go down easy, and easy on the stomach. I was able to eat many packages over very long rides. This is added to my nutrition routine

I love these. As a cyclist and a type 1 diabetic these come in handy when my sugar drops on a ride and quickly brings it back up. Good taste but they are very sweet.

Flavor is unmatched. Easy to chew, real fruit flavor, not waxy or goey. These are my favorite way to get quick calories on the trail.

The number one positive of these is that they dissolve really fast after you take a few chews. I run a lot of miles and marathons and have never used chews because I worried about choking. Not an issue with these. Each one is a small bite size, like a small berry. My favorite flavor is the sour cherry. Unfortunately, I can't really judge yet whether I am getting the same glycogen boost as with my gels. One negative for me is that they really aren't any easier to use than gels. You have to figure out how you will store them and access them while you are running or riding if you are cycling.
