Velcro backed and high quality.
It is Velcro backed. Great quality and sturdy. I did not know it was Velcro, that was ok though. I used it to cover a tear on my sleeve. It's thick rubber, it was hard to sew. 😂. Totally recommend, durability and quality. Not a cheapy junk thing.
