I’ve been taking these hair vitamins every single day for almost two years now, and I highly recommend them. In my experience, they really do work, but there is one very important thing to know: you have to give them time. I didn’t start noticing a meaningful improvement until around the nine-month mark. Based on my experience, I would recommend committing to them for at least nine months to a year before deciding whether they are working for you. They haven’t magically grown completely new hair for me, but I’ve noticed that some weaker and finer “baby” hairs became stronger and healthier, and they seem to help maintain and strengthen the hair I already have. I’ve had two hair transplants over the past ten years, so maintaining the hair I have is particularly important to me. I previously took finasteride, but I was able to stop taking it, and I personally haven’t felt that I’m missing it since using these. I’m also very happy to no longer experience the side effects I had while taking finasteride (you know what I mean). Another nice bonus is the included vitamin D3, so I also use this as my daily D3 supplement. I’ve been watching Dr. Berg’s videos for close to ten years and personally trust his products. The price is a little higher than I’d like, and I think it could easily be about $10 cheaper, especially considering this is something you need to take long-term. Still, considering the results I’ve experienced, I continue buying it. Five stars from me. Just be patient, they will work only and only only if you give it enough time.

07/21/26 Update: I reordered it, as after taking the first bottle, my scalp is no longer showing and new small hair came out making my hair fuller on my scalp all over. I'll continue taking it. I started taking it on May 8th and today is June 13th. I'm 54 female. My nails grew strong and long as never before. I bought this formula mainly for my scalp and severe and rapid hair shedding and thinning. I see the hair shedding is decreesing. I also see small new hair starting to appear on my scalp. My eyebrows and eyelashes are getting fuller too. I'm very grateful to Dr. Berg for developing this formula. I'm also eating clean, high protein, all organic, grass fed, pasture raised homemade meals, getting massages once a month, going on daily 45 min walks, drinking herbal teas and water daily, doing weights 2 times per week, using only clean, herbal, organic botanical shampoos, taking epson salt baths, using organic jojoba oil on my body and rosemary and other oils for my scalp, and trying to get 7 hours of sleep. Things are slowly getting better. There is hope but nothing works alone. It is a combination of many things, consistency, and discipline. Nothing works overnight. There are no such instant miracles. Each person should find out the root cause of their own hair loss/shedding/thinning. This formula will not work exactly the same for every person because each person will have a different situation.

Took a while but seems to be helping my hair.

This is an early review. I think I've been taking this for maybe slightly over a month or so, only 1 capsule though so half a dose. I always start out with less than recommended, just me. So my husband and I are both taking this, splitting the bottle. We just now started our second bottle a few days ago. What I have noticed, and no I didn't take photos. First thing was our nails have improved. Are they 100% - no but we are only half dosing and again only a month. I will give supplements at the very least 90 days sometimes 6 months. I've even had one supplement take a year. Anyway, our nails have improved however I still have issues but again I will eventually increase the dose and give this much longer to work. I hope to come back and give an update. I am giving it 5 stars though because I am seeing several things and my husband has noticed his nails have improved and he never notices any results from supplements. Other improvements: -My baby hairs have grown several inches...can't wait to see what my hair stylist says. -I noticed the other day that my eyebrows which have thinned and gone bare in spots are starting to come back in. -My eyelashes seem a little thicker. -Then when I was washing my hair last night it also seemed thicker. Again I hope to come back and update in the future. Not all supplements work for everyone but also not everyone gives them the same amount of time, or consistency, or even notices if there is an improvement. Also not everyone has hair loss that is related to a mineral/vitamin deficiency. I think this is worth a try based on what I've seen in a short amount of time. Hope this helps someone.

My husband has been using these for a while. He is getting a little more hair growth (very small, fine hairs in his bald spot); and his nails are stronger than they've ever been, which is an unexpected bonus! We hope to see the hair growth continue!

I've ordered this product 16 times over more than two years with zero visible change in my hair. I started using it to address thinning at my crown, and that thinning remains unchanged today. At this price point, I need to decide whether continued use is worth it.

Been using this supplement for few years..honestly..it won't bring u bk 2those 20yrs ago hair..but helps 2keep the remaining of those u hv..

Don't buy these expensive hair supplements. Result Zero I still have hair loss problem. I used regularly for 45 days but nothing improved.

Fast Delivery Pack well. Average size and is easy to sallow. No funny smell nor taste. Taking 1 tablet daily after dinner, the recommendation is to take 2 a day. Yet to feel any different. Need to monitor further.
