I never leave reviews, but feel like I must. This product has saved my life. Before, I would get a UTI at least once a month. Doctors could never tell me why, just told me I needed to do all the things to prevent UTIs, which I was doing. It began to be condescending, like it was somehow my fault that this kept happening to me. I felt so defeated and absolutely miserable. I ordered this as a last ditch effort to try to get it under control. With much pessimism, I began taking the supplement every day for a month. In that time, I had no UTIs. I thought it was too good to be true, this was just a coincidence. Then, I began just taking it when around my triggers for a UTI, and it still worked wonderful with no UTI! When I start to get the irritation, I take 6 pills that day, and the symptoms go away on their own. I have not had a UTI in 4 months! This feels like an absolute miracle for me. I feel like I no longer live in fear of getting my next one. If you are on the fence and think you get them no matter what you take and there is no miracle pill, I thought the same thing. Yet, here I am, completely UTI free and in disbelief! You have nothing to lose and your life to gain!

This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write, but I believe in this product so much that I thought it was worth it. To say that using this has been life-changing for me would be a gross understatement. I have struggled with recurring bladder infections for years. I lost count long ago how many, but I have suffered at least 50, no exaggeration. I’ve seen specialists and undergone a litany of invasive procedures only to be told that “I’m just lucky” and there were no answers. I’ve been prescribed every antibiotic they have for UTI’s and built such a resistance that the usual Cipro and Septra do nothing except make it come back stronger, and I have to take stronger and longer doses of Nitrofurantoin, still with possibility of recurrence. Since doctors couldn’t offer me anything except more pharmaceuticals that could do more harm than good, I did my own research. I found lots of articles online about using D-Mannose supplements. I tried it a few years ago from a different company and it did nothing for me, so I gave it up. Once I again had another nasty bout more recently, I decided to give it another try and bought this product. This is singularly the only thing that has ever worked for me, and there are no side effects! It takes away any discomfort just as quickly as an antibiotic and actually cures it in a shorter period of time with no recurrence. The lack of side effects means I can take a few doses a day with lots of water at the first sign of infection without fear of harming myself. I think early detection is key, and at this point I’m very attuned to what’s happening with my body. I have already purchased a couple bottles as I have run out and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I can not recommend this product enough. As far as I’m concerned, these are miracle pills. They have truly changed my life. Thank you!!!

Been using this product for a while to help prevent UTIs. I take 1 per night and seems to help! I haven't ever noticed any aftertaste or upset stomach. And the product always appears fresh, capsules are all full and intact.

I've been taking this supplement for several years and it has worked well for me in preventing bladder infections.

This has been a great help with my UTI's. I would get them multiple times per month, and this has helped in avoiding them and making the UTI's shorter. Caution: The use of D-mannose for UTI's is still in its early stages of research. Because of that, the side effects and potential risks are still not known. Most studies suggest taking 200mg. This product has 600mg and the makers suggest taking it 2x daily. I decided to only take D-mannose only when there is a present UTI, just to be safe. These pills help make the UTI much shorter than it would be by just taking vitamin C and cranberry extract. This product is not FDA tested. Most effective method (for me, it may be different for you!): Begin taking it when the early stages of a UTI present themselves. Take 1 capsule at first, take 2 if it becomes acute / you don't feel the results. Drink lots of water, since D-mannose will only coat your urinary tract when you urinate. Take vitamin C with it, since Vit C may help boost your immune system to fight the actual infection. Important to note: D-mannose only coats your urinary tract so that the bacteria doesn't attach itself to your tissue. This doesn't fight the infection, it only aids your body so that the infection doesn't get worse. D-mannose is thought to clear out of your urinary tract in a few hours. So even if you take the pills 2x daily, your urinary tract may not always be coated against the bacteria. D-mannose is most effective against E-coli, and may be less effective if the UTI is caused by a different bacteria. Always speak to your doctor before taking D-mannose! Like any other supplement, it may harm your kidneys and interact with other drugs. D-mannose has been a really great help in relieving my UTI's. 4/5 stars because it's not FDA tested and the product packaging is a bit lacking in terms of information.

First off, UTI can kill. My mother fought diabetes/heart disease/severe osteoporosis for 25 years but the last admission to ER due to UTI took her life. I don't like to sound alarming but please take UTI seriously. She didn't know antibiotics can destroy your immune system and liver functions. Now that we know, do everything possible to stay away from it. I had a UTI once back in my 20s. Fortunately, I was infection free for 20+ years. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with Uterus Fibroid resulting in severe anemia. My blood count was so low that the doctor was wondering how I survived. It's a fibroid measured at 7.6 cm diameter. Since the fibroid took most of the space of the bladder, the muscle of my bladder is not able to function well until it's properly trained to contrast efficiently. UTI came back regularly because my bladder wasn't able to empty completely. Antibiotics can briefly relieve symptoms but the infection came back within a week or two. I started shopping for D-Mannose products a few weeks ago. Finally, this product along with the mystery effect of dandelion roots finally cleared my pee two days ago. I had cloudy pee for almost 6 months with some UTI symptoms that I thought I'll simply live with a bladder infection for the rest of life. I even made a theory to comfort myself that bladder infection is a side effect of myomectomy and I must make peace with it. I can not be more thankful to the maker of this product. Hibiscus, cranberry, D-Mannose didn't do much for me until the dandelion roots played the mystery role. Thank you thank you thank you. I wrote this review for women who suffered or suffering from uterus fibroid. Do not wait for it to go away after maupause as some doctors may have told you . Take care of it before it destroys your health.

A couple of years before menopause, I started getting frequent UTIs, and over time they became more and more common. It got to the point where I was even afraid of having intercourse. After I found this product, I started taking it daily. I’ve been using D-mannose for about a year now, and the difference has been incredible. I have my healthy life back again!

This stuff is miraculous!!! I’ve been having recurring UTIs since my late 20’s. Not sure why I was so susceptible to them after sex no matter what I did to try & avoid them. I’ve heard that bacteria are smart. And can retreat and form a protective shell so that antibiotics can’t have an affect on them. When conditions are favorable again, they come back out & cause another infection. I’m convinced that this is what was happening with me & behind my recurrent UTIs. I got to the point of where I couldn’t even think of enjoying sex anymore knowing that pain and unbearable infection would shortly follow. I came across this and the latest research says that cranberries (which is an ingredient) really doesn’t stop UTIs. I’ve even tried d-mannose on its own only to have the bacteria skip my bladder and crawl into my kidneys sending me to the ER for days. I suspect that it’s the dandelion root which makes this so effective. It’s been known in the homeopathic world for years to be effective. I also suspect that the dandelion root breaks down the bacterial protective shell allowing it to be flushed and broken down. I have not come down with either a UTI or kindney infection since starting this. No antibiotics. Which btw... years of antibiotic use destroyed by gut biome and gave me leaky gut and a host of food intolerances. Since I’ve been able to stop taking antibiotics, I’ve been able to heal my gut as well. I’m back to enjoying sex. This supplement has been life changing.
