A Must have for small shops
This is a great tool for small businesses in generalThe clarity of the screen is great, the touch screen is flawless m, so far no issuesIs very easy to use for basic stuff, pretty much plug and play, however, you can dig into deep more complex sets ups if you check the manualIs takes a bit of taking use to it in the first prints, it took me about 5 tries to get it right (hurst wait for the sound to start rolling, it will auto stop printing)I have tried on metal, cardboard, plastic, leather, and ziplock bags, great results, very clear print, no dripping ink signs or anything.

Dries Quickly and No Smudge
