What is the white ball that is inside of the package next to the needle?

It's a piece of styrofoam! Once you've pierced whatever, you put it at the sharp end to make sure no one gets poked. People also use corks to do this, too!

does anyone have any experiences? i want to pierce my ear cartilage (helix tragus and conch) at home! does it hurt?

Yeah it’s really worth it tho make extra sure to keep it sterile tho bc it’s in cartilage

what size should i do if i want to do my septum

If you want to do a 16g ring then you need a 14g needle. Always make sure the needle is a gauge size bigger than the jewelry you use. That way you can slide the jewelry into the hollow circle end of the needle and follow it through so you don’t struggle trying to find the hole. Another benefit of piercing it a gauge size up from your jewelry is that ring will go in easier and heal better.

ottimi, ci ho fatto un helix e il terzo buco e mi sono trovata molto bene, sono affilatissimi e bene impacchettati. bisogna avere una mano molto ferma e precisa, e se come nel mio caso non siete abituati preparatevi a dover spingere un po', ma personalmente non ho praticamente sentito dolore.mi sono fatta consigliare da un'altra recensione e ho preso una grandezza in più, sono contentissima di averlo fatto. I gioielli sono entrati giusti giusti, non ho dovuto per nulla fare forza ma so che se avessi preso gli aghi più piccolo sarebbe stata dura. consiglio 18G per i piercing sulla cartilagine (helix & company) e 16G per i lobi.
