My husband has been put on a High Protein diet. This product gives him flavor and protein that he really likes.

This is hands down the worst protein powder I’ve ever bought. It doesn’t mix at all. Whether you use a spoon, a fork, or even a full-on blender bottle, it turns into a foamy, chunky mess with a gross film on top. The photos I posted are from stirring, but don’t think using a blender bottle will help — it just creates a thick, undrinkable sludge that’s even worse. I’ve tried dozens of protein powders and never had one this unusable. Total waste of money.

Very good paleo protein at a decent price. The flavor is good. .It dissolves easily and mixes with other powders such as amino acids and creatine.

Coming from carnivor beef protein, this will knock your socks off. I feel so much better knowing I am getting what I paid for instead of a house blend of ingredients. This stuff mixed together perfectly with a cup and spoon. The French vanilla flavor isn't bad at all either

Good stuff. Taste good. No gut or gassy issues. Feel strong. One scoop every morning 30 min from waking. Foams a lot in shaker or hand mixer. So experiment with mixing techniques. 👍🏽

If you make a smoothie with fruit & less than a full portion, then you might actually enjoy this powder. However, one whole serving is way too sweet. I get sweet tooth’s, I eat sweets without a problem. This is a different kind of sweet… I was visiting my grandmother (68 y/o) and I complained that the shake tasted way sweeter now that I used a full serving. My grandma, who is pre-diabetic, had a sip of this shake (one scoop of protein with half Kirkland skim milk half water) and she said that this was crazy sweet and should check my sugar levels if I consumed the entire glass and that I should warn others than this might be something to look out for or consider, even if you aren’t diabetic. My grandmother has sweets in moderation and lives a normal life, is healthy weight, maintains good levels for a someone with her condition, so I wanted to write this review in case this helps someone tread lightly when starting or simply make them aware.

I’ve been looking for a protein powder that didn’t have whey/dairy or a ton of fiber. Have IBS and SIBO. I’m recovering from H Pylori so I needed a vegan low fiber protein drink that didn’t use sugar, substitutes other than Stevia. It has a smell of beef broth, but I add frozen, blueberries, strawberries, and spinach. I cannot taste the beef at all. My husband and I joke about my meat shakes, lol. Tip, adding things to your shake blend first then add the protein powder as it seems to froth a lot.. I just think of it as a cappuccino, eventually it settles. Happy drinking.

I have tried many other beef isolate protein powders and this one is by far the most foul tasting one, and most awful quality. Does not mix with ANYTHING. It clumps horribly so it’s essentially good for nothing. If you do make it in a shake and blend it it becomes hard and clumped up within minutes. Absolutely disgusting and awful horrible quality. Wish I could return it and never wasted my money on it. There is a reason it is as cheap as it is
