Works great for old tech, especially pre wifi labtops and as a backup for a bad NIC card. Works in any USBaljconnection no need for a driver just direct ethernet connection. Plug n play worked oerfectly. Bought a new laptop and when it arrived there was no standard Ethernet plug. This solved the problem, cheaply and easily.

This is a perfect USN adapter. It was at a great price and TPLInk is a good brand. No issues with it being recognized in WIN 11. Connects and the throughut tested at 1 GB. Sometimes other USB adapters don't provide the stated throughput but this one does.
