Great for first baton use. Not large enough to hit anything or anyone else while twirling.

I use to march in our local parade carrying my baton. I order a full size for me and these for my great grandchildren (4 and1). We have had so much fun. They are learning.

My son was playing with his original glitter stick and was so sad when it broke. I quickly got online to purchase a new one and found these. They were a good value, pretty to look at, fun for my son and usually hold up well over time. When they arrived I realized I should have paid closer attention to the length as these were smaller than his original, but they did the trick none the less.

I bought these for my disabled niece as a tool to help her with dexterity. The bright colors and glitter also would help her as she is mostly blind. Unfortunately, these were broken within 2 days of purchase. Her 3 year old sister was able to easily remove the end cap and break the baton causing the water and glitter to go everywhere. These were not as thick as I anticipated for the plastic and the caps were not on securely enough if a 3 year old could remove them alone. Most likely a good product for older kids, but not younger than 7 or 8 in my opinion.

I just gave these to my twin granddaughters that just turned 8 years old and they absolutely loved them!!! It is their first time having a baton so I didn't want to give them a full size one just quite yet-these are the perfect size for a beginners and they loved the glitter effects-my one granddaughter said to me "I just LOVE this baton Grandmother" it certainly made me feel like a Hero!!!

I searched for batons. These are smaller than rulers. Plus the ends come off spilling liquid and small bits of glitter. Dangerous IMO.

Grear size for small hands
