Hottest hot sauce I can find on Amazon
This is the hottest hot sauce I can find on Amazon. It is consistent and amazing. It does not have a flavor (like Sriracha or Tapatio) so it is really great to put in any type of food to spice it up!

My fav hot sauce
The scorpion sauce has a better natural flavor but this ghost pepper sauce is a bit hotter. If you really like it hot (like me) add a teaspoon to your dish, and blend it well!

VERY Good Stuff! Truly HOT
I have to disagree with the other reviewer who says this sauce has no flavor. It actually DOES have a flavor, which I do like a lot. It is not just a bunch of vinegar and other stuff though like Texas Pete type sauces. However what this sauce DEFINITELY has is the HEAT. The FIRE! I recommend tasting a very small amount first. Shake the bottle well (important especially before opening for first time). Open the bottle and touch just a tiny bit on your finger and taste it. So you get an idea of what you're getting into. This is not something you want to just pour a bunch of on your food. But once you know how hot it is, you can get an idea of how much to use. Some ideas I use it for: 1) spaghetti - I have no idea what made me think originally to dribble some Ghost Pepper sauce in on a plate of spaghetti and mix it up - but if you like this kind of hot, then this sauce is absolutely delicious with spaghetti. Just take it easy - you can always add MORE if it isn't hot enough but you can't remove it once it's there! :) I don't really enjoy spaghetti anymore without some Ghost Pepper sauce on it. 2) black-eyed peas, field peas, etc. Especially the kind with some decent broth/sauce in the can like Glory black-eyed peas: https://www.amazon.com/Glory-Foods-Seasoned-Blackeye-Peas/dp/B00J8YHKL6 or even more so - their Field Peas and Snaps: https://www.amazon.com/Glory-Seasoned-Field-Snaps-14-5Oz/dp/B01JVETBSC A nice tip / trick about Ghost Pepper: If you end up burning your mouth with too much Ghost Pepper, you actually CAN cool things off a bit with water or other liquids. Milk and other stuff do work as well but unlike peppers containing capsicum for the heat (Jalapenos, Habaneros, etc.), water will almost immediately drop the heat down a bit, or at least it does for me with Ghost Pepper sauces like Dave's. (whether this works with straight Ghost Peppers, I don't know and don't need to find out). Enjoy! PS: I've also seen this in other places in the past - Tom Thumb and also Whole Foods.
