These taste great especially for fish collagen. I have yet to see a difference in my skin and joint health, but they don’t hurt, either.

I wanted to take this more than a few months before I wrote a review. I have been using this for 20 months and I love it. This is what I have noticed since I started taking it. 1. The taste leaves a lot to be desired. I have learned to hold my breath swallow it down and drink a gulp of coffee. Coffee definitely kills the taste 😁 2. My skin looks better. It's tighter and much smoother. 3. My hair is growing so much. I'm losing less and I have all these baby hairs around my face. I'm amazed. 4. My nails are growing like crazy. I have always had thin nails but now are stronger. I love this BeMe Wellness collagen and will continue ordering it. You will not really notice any improvement until about 6 months. This collagen is like any skin care or supplements it does not work overnight. You have to be consistent. The only think I don't like is it increased in price by a little over $2 dollars but that was only in the 20 months since I have been taking it so I'm letting it go. My opinion is to take for 6 months and judge for yourself. I really think you will be pleasantly surprised.

This collagen is lower in calorie and less sweet than some of the options available in Singapore market. My skin looks fuller, and more glowy after a few weeks of usage! The packaging makes it easy to continue my daily sachet for travelling as well

I have been using this supplement for over a year now & I love it! When I hit menopause, I did what everyone dose, I searched around for the secret supplement that would help with my specific hormonal issues. This doesn’t solve all my problems, but it does help with my joint pain, flexibility & hair loss. After taking it for a while, I really notice it when I forget to take it or accidentally run out. For me, this is worth the expense!
