Is this good for aging skin with NO acne problem?

It's main indication is for acne. However, there are scholarly articles in dermatology journals, which I have open access to as a student, related to the effect of adapalene on aging skin with good results. There is also a dermatologist on YouTube using this as her first retinoid on herself and explains the difference between this and a retinol, while this could be considered not quite as credible because of it being on YouTube. There is information if you seek it out, though not as much as tretinoin on this particular topic. I have no aversion to spending money on my skin if the product works, and I would still try this over a $100 retinol product at Sephora.

It's also the same ingredient that helps improve skin discoloration, texture and tone. It can take anywhere from 3-12 months to see improvement, but I can tell you it helped me immensely. Lightened my dark brown spots and smoothed my fine lines. It took about 3 months of every day usage to see results

For best results, we recommend washing your face with a gentle, non-drying cleanser, such as Differin® Balancing Cleanser, applying a thin layer of Differin Gel to clean, dry skin (full face).
