Top Notch. Benfotiamine is a fat soluble form of Vit B1 Thiamine. Thiamine is water soluble so this fat soluble form not only stays in your body longer but is more easily absorbed by your body. I took it for several reasons: 1. It helps heal nerves and my ankle had a bad wound on it, lots of nerve pain, then surgery. This helped a lot with healing my ankle nerves. 2. Burns belly fat! Vit B1 is used up in the storage of excess carbs into belly fat, creating a short supply. In order to burn this fat you also need Vit B1 but now it is in short supply. Taking a supplement will allow you to get the most of exercising to burn it off. Belly fat is insulin resistance, so be sure to stop eating white refined carbs if you have it. Keto diet helps a lot. Adding Benfotiamine really works well. 3. Diabetic Neuropathy - this helps support and heal nerves. 4. Anxiety and Depression - since the brain has nerves too, this helped me overcome a period of high anxiety due to surgery and life events. Absolutely marvelous! I felt better immediately and did not have to take any drugs to feel good. My dosage was 300 mg every night. I also took 300 mg in the morning just for a short while to boost it. It makes you feel very rested and gives you good sleep so night is best. I absolutely love Benfotiamine and take it daily at night 300 mg. I have recommended this to a lot of friends too, esp if they feel mildly depressed or anxious or need nerve support.

Great costumer service. They messed up my order, but bent over backwards to make right. As for benefiting me, I really don't know. I have less migraines in the eyes, I see colors, but I have no idea if it is this product or not. My migraines can be triggered by going outside after being on the computer. It's probably the light change, as in color, that is doing it. I can't be sure this product helped any, since migraines are unpredictable.

I love this brand. This is the only affordable bemfotiamine that I found. And sadly, though I had ordered it once before Amazon did not give me this as an option when I was shopping and I typed it in I wonder why I also follow them. Seems like the brands that I follow are not the ones recommended now what's up with that Amazon? It makes me angry life extension and now this automatic not recommended when I'm searching for products I even typed in the exact name of the product for the life extension and until I typed in their brand name after it, it did not come up. This is not OK. Side note how we link the brand promotion to get credit ??

Thankfully this doesn't stink to high heaven like some B Vits I've tried to take in the past (and ended up binning). I'm taking twice the dose, two capsules every day spread throughout the day or that is the plan. This is to help me with high pressure in both my eyes and as suggested by Dr Berg from YouTube. I will see how I go. So far no neon yellow pee meaning that I'm just letting go of excess. All good so far. Easy to swallow.
