Major star wars fan here and this is a prized part of my collection. I love Yoda and this book end is so cool. Have received many compliments.

The metal is actually pretty thick & strong, but the Yoda character comes detached & is a tiny piece of plastic. You are supposed to easily slide a piece on the bottom of Yoda into a slot on the metal, but it didn't work well or easily. The plastic is too thick to easily slip into the slot & isn't formed quite correctly. We got it to work, but it falls if you move it. So it's fine to sit in a bookcase, but wouldn't work well if you are changing out books often.

I bought this Star Wars book end as a gift for a "hard to stop for" family member. It is sturdy and functional, while adding some fun to home decor. This was the perfect unique gift.

This is the perfect bookend for Star Wars nerds. It’s exactly as described and pictured and does the job it was made to do: holding up books while looking so good! My husband only has comic books and graphic novels, but it works for those too. I’ve actually stolen it back (was a birthday gift for him) and it’s holding up some of my collection of actual chapter books 🤓 and it performs exactly the same so if you think you don’t have books around that would work for it, you’re wrong. Y’all need this in your lives. And if you’re undecided just remember: Do, or do not. There is no…. long drawn out decision making needed here. Just do.

It took 2 months to arrive even though it says “prime 2 day”. The item shipped from China so it was never going to be arriving quickly. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The item itself looks and is made cheaply. The bookend will only hold books if it has a shelf end to brace it. Otherwise books and holder slide right down the shelf (even with just 2-3 books). Would not recommend unless none of the above matter and you just like the design.
