These are great! Whenever I start to feel run down or like I'm getting sick, I take 2 before bedtime and 2 more in the morning for a few days and I don't end up sick. They are a great boost to my immune system. Highly recommend.

This product is a game changer! If I’m ever feeling like I’m getting a cold, soar throat or run down I take two Zand Immunity at night. I wake up feeling like I have a burst of energy with a much stronger immune system than the prior night. I have already recommended this product to my family. This is going to be extremely helpful during the cold winter months when common colds and illnesses start popping up - especially with our kids in daycare constantly bringing home germs. After trying this product and being satisfied with the results, I’m going to purchase Zand’s PM version of the product so I can use them together for day and night coverage.

Zand Immunity PM works just as it states! If I feel like I have a cold coming on or just feel run down in the evening hours, I take two of these before bed and I wake up feeling like my body is fighting off whatever was trying to wear me down. I feel rebalanced again! I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family so we can all stay healthy during the cold/flu season - and then through whatever else life may bring. When it comes to supplements, sometimes it is nice to have them in one pill. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a screw cap bottle with not child proof cap (in case that is a concern for you). PILL The pill is compressed and is not hard to swallow. It is thin and about average size compared to a capsule. ANY ISSUES? I have had no issues with headaches, burping, digestion, or anything else bad when taking these. HOW I USE THIS I take one of these pills and then I have a small glass of tonic water and take a quercetin as well. Both of those help the zinc to absorb in the cells and help me cope with inflammation. It works pretty well from what I am seeing. DOES IT HELP? I did not take these for a while and then started to feel off like something was trying to hit me. I went to taking one of these as I described to you and within a couple of days I was feeling fine again. THE BOTTOM LINE This supplement is a nice easy way to get essential immune building factors into the body. I like it. MY RATING FIVE STARS. I like this. Besides it seeming to work, I love the purple color and well, purple supplement.. win win.

I normally do not take any kind of sleeping aide, but recently I was having trouble slowing down at night and falling asleep. Then the lack of sleep was causing me to get sick more often. When I found these I decided to try them and I am really glad I did. Each night that I take these I found I am ready for bed and quickly fall asleep in about 30 mins or less. Also the pricing for this supplement is pretty fair at the time of purchase it was about 40 cents a night which is less than half the cost of similar supplements. I do worry about taking this supplement every night. I believe that your body will build up tolerances to almost anything if you take it regularly. However, if you do not take it regularly then you lose out on the benefit of the Vitamin-C. Overall I would recommend this for someone having trouble getting to sleep, however I am not sure I would recommend it as a nightly supplement. This is just a personal belief, and in the 30 days that I have used this supplement I cannot say that I built up any tolerance.
