the oil was open when I opened the package and had spilled in the box and on the scrub. Left my hands very oily, and feels like a lot was wasted. It felt as though the top had been semi open, it wasn’t tightly closed. I was excited to use it, definitely smells really good but I just feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth because the oil came in damaged and open. **UPDATE The seller was nice enough to reach out to me and send me a new oil since the original one was damaged. Much appreciated!

I have been using this product for over a year and I have always had great results. However, my most recent purchase arrived with the protective seal in the cap versus being intact on the tub. I returned the set and requested a new one but that one arrived with the protective seal detached as well. Not sure what's happening but I do not like this new packaging without the protective seal

LOVE this stuff! I was super skeptical of this at first since I have the hardest time getting rid of my ingrown hairs from waxing. I had noticed a change within 3 days of using this product. Will be purchasing again!!

I used this product a few times. I primarily use the oil after a wax to help with irritation and I used the scrub prior to waxing to loosen the hairs. However, after a few uses I realized this product is not only ridiculously expensive, but overall useless. It’s not worth the price by far, but overall you can get the same results with johoba oil and a regular exfoliator. I’m assuming the price is such a high markup because this product is primarily marketed towards women so it feels like a scam. Also the top of the exfoliator does mold if kept in the shower. Haven’t seen that with any other beauty products of mine.

I have some of the worst ingrown hairs after I shave. It's horrifying. I went on a tropical vacation in the summer, and wore a bathing suit probably 90% of the trip. I decided to give this stuff a go as a hail Mary, not really expecting much, since I've tried every product I've had people recommend to me. This stuff was a GAME CHANGER. For the first time in my adult life, I was able to shave and have no bumps. No ingrown hair. I know it sounds cheesy, but I felt like a model. I'm so used to accepting that I have sensitive skin and it has never looked good when I shave due to the irritation but...nothing. It was so smooth that it was ridiculous. There was also no strong fragrances, which can also bother me. I love this stuff.
