Are these bags reuseable or can i only dry age one steak per back?

Watch Guga Foods on YouTube for a demonstration of this product. It is clear that users can age a fairly long strip of meat; far more than one steak. The bag is a one-time use.

each bag holds like 10-20 steaks. you don't wanna do one at a time. $30 for that isn't so bad

Does it come with breather strips?

Yeah, come with more "vac mouse" straps than bags actually.

Is this compatible with a hamiltonbeach nutrifresh sealer?

I am not sure. If your sealer does not have to work automatically then you shouldn't have a problem. I have an old foodsaver vacuum sealer that works fine. Good luck
