Ehh get a different brand these did not stick very well on fabric which is kind of the point of them to help hold your shoe on they just slip and slide everywhere!

They don’t stick very well
The heel guards roll down when you slip in your shoes. Otherwise they are a good purchase.

Didn't seem to make much of a difference.
The product stuck to the shoe well but didn't notice any extra comfort. Also didn't prevent my feet from sliding forward. Just a meh item.
