LONDONTOWN lakur Nail Polish, Red Shades

There is no question that this is a pricey nail polish but compared to all those other less expensive brands it’s definitely worth it. Goes on smooth and easy and glossy; dries quickly and lasts at least a week. Color is rich and this one is a true classic! Highly recommend this brand.

I love this polish. It holds up very well and does not chip. I love the colors they have. I will definitely be buying more. It really does help to strengthen the nails as well.

I did two coats of this polish 3 days ago. I am hard on my hands and since applying it I did some heavy yard work with gloves on, a lot of housework and I work in healthcare so nitrile gloves on and off many times in a 12 hr shift plus a lot of handwashing. No chips at all but the tips on my dominant hand started to wear off but minimally. I did a quick coat this morning before I went to work to cover the tips. I went over the whole nail. I was rushed so it’s not the most careful application. (The photo is after the rushed third coat) I am impressed with this polish because it dries fast and hard, covers great, two coats is perfect coverage and even one coat you could get away with. It wears better than any regular polish I’ve had. The tips wearing off is totally fine by me because of the work that I do. I have on the Elderberry color and love it. I also have one of the nail concealers which I also love and is just as good. I started wearing that when I was taking a break from gels. Final verdict: it’s a winner. Buy it!

I'm on a mission to replace all my toxic nail polishes with these! I always paint my nails. I even take them when I get a pedicure because it's so much healthier than regular polish. The brush makes it nearly impossible to screw up! Seriously! Idk what others have problems with but I tell you: as an amateur user this is the only brand I will buy anymore. Its idiot proof!!!! For better coverage you should use 2 coats. But I'm always in too much of a hurry that I normally just do 1. And it comes out good enough for my standards! Vegan! Non toxic! You nails will finally heal!! I also use after the polish the oil drops for quick drying. Idk if it dries nails quicker but mine are always shiney and I love it!!

I gave this 4 stars for one reason...it really isn't that long-lasting. I do spend a lot of time working with my hands, and some of that time my hands do get wet, but not for any amount of time, just wet, then dried.I have many bottles of this polish, my favorite being Dragon Fruit. I love it andhe best thing I've found about these polishes is the brush. They work perfectly, and better than any other brand I've used. The colors are wonderful, they go on SO nicely...NOW if only they lasted longer they'd be perfect.

Goes on great and rich color, but be careful! I usually am pretty casual when applying because I’ll go back and clean it up with a q tip and remover- it wont come off! I’m hoping after a couple showers and hand washes it will. Lets see. Will but again.

Londontown Lakur in Lady Luck is a beautiful deep red with a rich, sophisticated finish. It applies evenly with strong opacity in two coats, and I was impressed with how well it wore—no chipping during normal everyday use. The formula feels smooth on the nails without being thick or heavy. The shade is classic but still modern, making it easy to wear for both everyday looks and more dressed-up occasions. I’ve since purchased additional Londontown Lakur shades, which speaks to how much I enjoy the formula and finish.

I don’t usually write reviews for nail polish, especially when I bought it because I fell for click bait on Facebook, but this is different. Wanting to give my damaged nails a break from gel polish, I was initially interested in a neutral color, and did some searches. No surprise, an ad for Kur polish popped up on my feed. I read about it, then came to Amazon to actually purchase it. The neutral I got hid a stain and other damage, and seemed to last awhile. I love dark colors, so searched Amazon for a burgundy red in the Kur line. I also ordered the top and base coats, which I highly recommended as they are all formulated to work together. The only downside to dark colors is that they usually chip easily. I was pleasantly surprised to find this did not. I got a full week out of it before I got a small chip…big surprise because I do a lot of crafts, housecleaning and have a very large dog who is hard on my manicures. My nails grow quickly, and the polish stood up to filing as I reshaped my nails. It also retained a shine that rivaled any gel polish. The other positives are that it goes on neatly (the edges clean up easily, even though I’m kind of sloppy!), dries quickly, and comes off with unusual ease just using regular nail polish remover and a cotton ball. I love the look of a salon fresh manicure, but love it even more when I can achieve the same look at home without damaging my nails!
