2010 Toyota Camry - Install Cliff Notes:Tools Required:10mm wrench/socketFlat head screwdriver#2 Phillips screwdriverT15 Torx bit (I used 1/4" drive)3" long - 1/4" drive extension1/4" drive ratchet1.5 beers of your choice (optional tool)1) Remove the negative battery cable (10mm wrench/socket)2) Remove the plastic trim access panels around the cruise control switch and on the opposide side of the steering wheel (flat head screwdriver)3) Put the key in the ignition and turn forward to unlock the steering wheel. Turn wheel 90 degrees to left and remove #2 Phillips screw holding right side steering wheel trim.#4) Turn wheel back to center, then 90 degrees to right and remove the other #2 Phillips screw holding left side steering wheel trim.#5) Pop off trim. It comes off in 2 pieces (top/bottom section)#6) Behind the access panels your popped off in Step #2, there is a T15 Torx screw. I used a 1/4" ratchet with short extension and T15 Torx bit to remove these. They ARE captive, so there is no worry about dropping them. This will releave the airbag in the center of the steering wheel. I left the wires to the airbag connected and had enough slack to put the airbag on top of the steering column.#7) Remove both #2 Phillips screws that mount the cruise control level to the steering wheel and pop off the clip for the wires. (squeeze/pull)#8) Install new cruise control lever and reinstall airbag and all trim pieces in reverse order.#9) Make sure you have no leftover parts, now re-install the negative battery cable.#10) Take for test drive,This honestly took me 23 minutes start/finish including a quick test drive. I tried following a crappy Youtube video and ended up figuring it out on my own. I could probably do another one in 15 minutes or less. It's really that easy!I installed this on my girlfriend's 2010 Toyota Camry. She has 278k miles on it and drives a LONG way to work every day, so cruise control is a must when you're beating down the highway. The price was excellent because it even included a wire harness and two spare screws. I ended up using the factory wire harness and screws since they were still in good shape. BUTTTTT if you lose a screw, it's nice that you have backups. This seems pretty stout and should last a long time. She's happy, I'm happy, and it was fairly simple to install. Just make sure you remove the negative battery cable before installing it so there's no chance of airbag deployment.

Fit perfectly and is working great on my 2017 Tundra. Easy to replace. Note: look up a few videos online to show you how and it is easy. Just make sure you disconnect your battery and wait some time before replacing. This is due to the airbag. After installing I did notice this replacement is stiffer than the original. Not sure if that is due to use over time?

Quick, cheap and easy replacement. My 3yo nephew broke my cruise control wand doing what kids do. No big deal, it’s a cheap and easy fix. WARNING: you have to remove the air bag cover on the steering wheel to access the screws. For the love of God! Please disconnect your battery for at least an hour. You don’t want to set off the airbag and have a screwdriver launch through your throat and or face at 10,000 parsecs. You’ve been warned. Other than that, it’s easy. Happy install and don’t die.

Little kit has it all, the switch, the harness, and the screws (you may only need the switch, as I did). If you are reading this you probably have a Torx 30 driver, but if not, you'll need one. Otherwise it's straightforward and it fixed my problem of intermittent and inconstant cruise control and saved me a bunch of dough.

It seems to work very well and it was a good fit in a Toyota. Quality seems good and the value is worth it

waited years to fixe the cruise control on the Toyota Sienna 2010 mini van because I thought it would be expensive and difficult. Took a chance on this and it was so simple and cost effective. I highly recommend - Words of warning: need to make sure you get the right one because so many cars have different styles and the newer adaptive cruise controls and second, you are moving the airbag on the steering wheel to replace the device. The airbag was not removed, you just need to loosen the bolts to get behind it, but anytime you mess with airbags it's always concerning.

purchased in August 2024. Installed cleanly and easily plugged in the unit. took it out for a test drive and the unit had trouble engaging. by the time i got home it had stopped working. absolute junk but then what do you expect for the price?

The media could not be loaded. Easy install, worked great while it did. Unfortunately the stick became loose and it’s due to some manufacturing issues. I just bought another so hoping this will fix the issue. Instead of the stick being tight it was loose and flabby. But I’ll chalk that up to AZ heat. Hoping this new one is better. Build quality isn’t top notch
