Installation was easy. New pads are nice and comfortable. Noise cancellation is as good as it was before the original pads wore out. The silicon covers are soft. Looks like I have a new pair of headphones! If they last as long as I expect them to, I would purchase again for a new refresh.

I banged up / sweat on my Bose headphones doing some house renovations, and haven’t reached for them in almost a year because they felt gross — I was about to buy a new pair of headphones but then I realized I could just replace the gross parts. This item was the highest rated at the time of purchase (July 2026) for the complete kit. The replacement was easy enough. (<30 minutes). If you’re handy, I think the whole thing should take you like 15 minutes, max. I was a bit scared to just rip out the old ear pads, but that’s what the instructions said — so I popped the original pads off carefully, took off the cloth layer, removed the old adhesive, cleaned up the plastic bits with some alcohol wipes (as instructed) and installed the pads one at a time. Easy enough. The top pad was just as easy — it said to cut open the leather top (scary lol). The original headphones also had a couple of extra plastic & sponge layers the instructions didn’t mention — I had to remove them in order to install the replacement. These were also click-into-place sort of deal. I wish they came with new screws though, because my old ones are looking a little scratched up, but to be fair, it is mostly on the inside so you barely see it anyways. These also came with thin silicone covers ON the pad — which initially I thought were the texture of the replacement pads so I was a bit disappointed that they weren’t the soft thin leather material, but it popped right off during installation so I was pretty happy to discover the soft leather pads the product described. I plan on using these covers in the future for sweaty activities (lawn work / gym), and the covers feel comfortable enough to actually just wear around in general, to be honest. The sound did not bleed out of the headphones after install (yay)! I wish I thought to replace these parts last year instead of letting these headphones sit in a drawer for a year — these now feel brand new! I don’t notice too much difference between these and the original, and honestly, just happy not to have flaking pleather on my face every time I take my headphones off. Very happy with my purchase.

Great replacement. Easy to install and a good fit on my Bose QC2s. The material is slightly cheaper than the original Bose foam. I expect this replacement to deteriorate after prolonged usage in about a year or two. I believe that's how long my previous replacement lasted (which I believe was from a different company though). Feels comfortable to wear and restores life into the headphones once again

The quality of the parts and instructions are excellent. The included tools made the ear pad replacement project a quick turn around repair. With the included silicon covers I won't hesitate using my Bose headsets while mowing the lawn.

変えた後の付け心地に変化が出るのは覚悟の上でしたが大きな変化なく、長時間付けていても違和感のないアイテムで助かりました。 ボロボロになってもずっとイヤーパッドのみを変えて使い続けていた初めてのボーズ、お気に入りなので捨てる選択肢がなく、頭頂部のレザーがボロボロになっても壁にかけて大事にしていました、ヘッドの代えがあるなんて事を知らず、このアイテムのお陰で生まれ変わってまた一緒に出掛けたりできただけでなく、いちいち四苦八苦していたイヤーパッドの代えが楽にできるアイテムまで付属していてパッド代えが楽しかったです、本体自体が壊れる時まで長く長く愛用したいヘッドフォンでしたので、こんなアイテムがあって助かりました！ありがとうございました！

Molto morbidi e bello il copri in silicone. Purtroppo il copri archetto non si allineava bene al ponticello e ho fatica per adattarlo. Comunque in linea di massima è un buon prodotto, il cacciavite è molto bello.

I was nervous to change the ear pads and headband, and also to use scissors!! Very easy to do. The results- good as new. Updated the colour and they will keep going for many years more!!
