Life Saver
This was a replacement turn off valve for our portable gas generator. We were preparing for the recent hurricane and while testing our unit the handle on the turn off valve broke off. Needed the part quickly. Amazon had it here in a day. No leaks, fit perfectly and easy to install.

Works on aftermarket fuel tank for riding mower. No Leak
Installed on an aftermarket fuel tank for a riding mower. Of course the tank itself had no way to connect to a fuel line without this. But it did actually fit and it does not leak. Shut off works with no leaks when shut off. And it does not leak from the fuel tank part of it either. So I am happy. It is good quality and does what it is supposed to do.

It is a quality part,that will fit most 2 cycle Yamaha ET 600 clones, but do keep in mind that in this version, the outlet pipe is oriented to the left. Most ET 600 clones, the outlet is oriented to the right. You can make due by orienting the outlet so that the fuel hose does not interfere with the front facia, but this means the valve switch may not be entirely visible, which means it is not a direct replacement, but will do in a pinch to get yoru generator going.

Good quality for generator tanks!
Replaced my shutoff valve for my generator My generator tank is not normal, I had to go buy a second nut for it, had to have a nut on the bottom and one on the top in the tank to secure it, but it works and it doesn't leak! It also has more free flow than my other one which was slightly busted and never fully turned off

By far a better choice
I have used the plastic shutoff valves, have not had good luck with them. Most have started leaking or not allowed a full fuel flow. This works well.
