I wear Invisalign retainers at night. Can I use the zquiet with the retainers at night?

ZQuiet's design is unique in that it is the only major brand sold that can be used with Invisiglign retainers. ("Boil and bite" self molded devices will not work) ZQuiet simply fits on top of Invisilign, however if you are in orthodontic treatment you should check with your orthodontist before trying ZQuiet.

Are there different sizes for a small mouth vs a larger mouth? I ordered this product several years ago and thought I remembered to choose a size.

can I use this with retainers?

My understanding is that ZQuiet can not be used with wire brackets (braces) or wire retainers.
