My doctor advised me that I needed to take vitamin D3 daily in this dose. The gel capsules are really small and easy to swallow. After checking around, I felt that this was the Best Buy for my buck. And NatureWise has a good reputation for quality.

Just what the doctor ordered ( 800 -- 1000 iu's daily ) ! It's vitamin D3 in a tiny soft capsule, for a tiny small price for 1000 iu's ! It even has olive oil , and no other unnecessary ingredients. A good go-to !

This has been a really good vitamin D supplement for my 13-year-old daughter. The softgels are small and easy for her to take daily, and I like that the dosage is reasonable for regular use. One of the main reasons I chose this one is because the softgels use halal gelatin, which was important for our family.

Upping IU’s from 1000. Recommended daily allowance is too low according to extensive research. Noticed a marked difference with improved overall health. From mood to energy and enthusiasm. I have been exclusively nursing and started experiencing some minor discomfort in my joints. I have taken this supplement for a week and no longer felt the discomfort. I am happy with it and love how tiny the vitamin is. Very easy to take everyday, i look forward to it. Also happy with the ingredients after some research on vitamin d.

Most of them come in larger dose. I'm glad to find smaller dose. Price reasonable.

Vitamin D with K-2 combo is rare to find in this form. Odorless, gentle on stomach and does what it claims to do.
