We have purchased Ultima for years, and have consumed it in place of cocktails as our "nightcap" - I think the magnesium helps us sleep better, and I really feel hydrated all throughout the night. I originally purchased as a sugar free alternative to Pedialyte and Gatorade, and then became slightly addicted. ;) I've tried to find more natural alternatives to this, but none of them have competed with Ultima. Though the price is going up (PLEASE BRING IT BACK DOWN, ULTIMA!), which has driven us to try to find said alternatives, I still is a good value for the money when you compare it to liquid IV and others. And the flavors are all really good. We love it!

Ultima Replenisher is one of the best electrolyte powders I have tried yet. I have tried several others and been less than impressed each time. Either it tasted more powdery/chalky, or it tasted so salty that it was difficult to consume. This one tastes great and does not have a salty or chalky flavor. I drink it with warm water and some of my liquid caffeine in the morning just before hitting the gym. It smells great and mixes perfectly. The consistency is very favorable and easy to drink. I find it to be helpful and effective. I will continue to buy this product over some of the competitors. I love the fact that it does not have sugar or artificial sweeteners. That is one of the primary reasons I went to this brand! I would highly recommend.

I love this product! Although it may seem pricey, it’s a great value for the amount of servings, especially when compared to other electrolyte packets. I love that it has zero sugar and a good amount of magnesium. It’s been great in helping me stay hydrated and recovering from workouts. Not to mention, the taste is great and it dissolves well.

I’ve been using Raspberry Ultima for a while now, and it’s honestly one of my favorite electrolyte drinks. The raspberry flavor is light, fresh, and slightly tart—not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of other brands I’ve tried. I usually drink it during workouts or throughout the day, and it’s easy to sip without getting tired of the taste. I really appreciate that it has no sugar or artificial colors, and it mixes really well with water—no clumps or chalky texture. It actually makes me want to drink more water, which is a win for me. Started this a week ago and noticed a difference right away. I have this before any tea or coffee for the day. I like that it is not a sweetened drink.

I'm still giving this 5 stars because I love this stuff! But the contents turn rock hard when I still have 1/3 of the jar left. I'll be buying the smaller jar. I almost died about 8 years ago because I reacted to iron infusions. I was rushed to the hospital about 5 hours after I received my infusion, and my phosphorus levels were so low because of what the iron infusion did as a side effect. After getting my bloodwork back, about 4 ER nurses rushed into my room with paper cups and popsicle sticks, stirring frantically and telling me to drink their hospital phosphorus powder drink as fast as I could to raise my phosphorus levels quickly. After researching on my phone while waiting in the ER, I found out that if your vitamin D levels are too low, and you get an iron infusion, it plummets your phosphorus levels, and if too low can be fatal. My bloodwork showed my vitamin D levels were way too low. I was 1 point away from having to have a phosphorus infusion. Which later, the ER doctor said the side effects from the phosphorus infusion are not good, so he wanted to avoid that at all costs. My hematologist and ER doctors didn't even know about the phosphorus levels being a thing with iron infusions until they looked it up themselves. I was told to find an electrolyte powder that included phosphorus to keep my levels up at home. I since realized how important phosphorus is to include in your electrolytes and found that Ultima is one of the few that put it in there. I hope they never take it out. I take Ultima every morning, and since taking it for years and years, my health is great! So if you ever go get your electrolytes bloodwork, make sure to tell them to include phosphorus on that test. Phosphorus is not part of the normal electrolyte testing, which I think is stupid because phosphorus is one of the major electrolytes we need.

I really enjoy this. It’s not too sweet and it’s not salty at all. It’s a very mild electrolyte drink and I like that. Mixes great and will last awhile!
