seems to have gotten dull pretty quickly
I'm not a fan. It seems to have gotten dull much more quickly than the early microplane models, and while the handle is useful, food gets trapped between the plastic rim and the back of the grating surface, making cleanup a hassle.

Very good value for money. Not a fine grater as other from the same brand but definitely more sturdy. Use it in professional environment and it does it's job.

fairly small footprint. Just the right amount of microplane coverage. VERY sharp. easily washed with a brush and mild dish soap. SS blade surrounded by silicone or rubber, so I can lean it on a cutting board. I'm very pleased. at the right price, it's absolutely worth it.
