The whole iSatori line is superb, and this unique product is no exception! I take a lot of it and it really works. I cycle on and off of it, too. I wouldn't think one could take it forever and ever...... It should be an addition to an already intense workout regimen with an above-average diet -- and AMPLE SLEEP. This is the piece de resistance for me. Really puts me over the top with hypertrophy (without getting into the weird world of stairoydz). Do the unflavored and add it to a post-bedtime protein shake or bowl of cereal, so it can rebuild your body as you rest.

Definitely an advantage for building muscle and recovery after working out. In my early 50s and lifting weights after a long lay off from the gym I was looking for an edge. I believe I found it in this product. Honestly it is hard to be exact with these good results. Could it be more rest between workouts, other supplements? This is pricey per daily serving but I would rather save money by not buying junk food and give my muscle the advantage. I spent a lot of time reading supplement reviews before buying.
