This iron is amazing. Suffered from anemia and low ferratin severely and this was the only thing that made me feel better. Doesn't hurt my stomach (and I have gut issues) so I can take it with there 1000mg vitamin C and although it takes a while to improve iron levels taking twice this dosage has helped me a lot.

After doing my research, I found that this type of iron has the highest absorption rate other than meat. I'd been using standard iron tablets for months but a recent test still showed I still had low iron levels, they also caused digestive issues. These on the other hand you can have daily with no digestion issues. After a few weeks I can feel my energy and sports recovery improving. I'm yet to take an iron test but given I'm able to take daily I'm optimistic ...but I will report back. Have recommended them to all my athlete friends on meat free diets.

I have a lot of stress daily. It definitely helps to feel better. Just take it before food so digestion will be better. My mood increase , i started taking easy throughout the day. And do more work. Starts working immediately.

If your purpose is to use this to help decrease or get rid of your anemia then I do not recommend this. After months of use this product hasn't decreased symptoms at all and the side effects of taking this probably isn't worth it if it doesn't help. I'd recommend that you seek NHS help rather than self treating with this particular product. In other situations this product is great, it's easy to swallow and tasteless as long as you don't leave it in your mouth too long otherwise the outside coating will dissolve and make the iron taste like iron, however you will still get side effects.

I have an iron deficiency and can’t take “off the shelf” remedies as they react badly with my digestive system, causing diarrhoea! This is the only supplement I can take with no side effects and produces normal iron readings when I take a blood test! Highly recommended!

I have used this brand for years and it has never let me down. The iron is very gentle on my super sensitive, celiac tummy. Easy to swallow. No adverse effects like constipation, which iron can cause.
