Very well made. Just what I was looking for.

Easy to assemble and it is heavy duty, it was what I was hoping it would be. I have already used it for moving equipment and it worked well.

Actually I was impressed with the unit and the assembly was equally so... Only changes I would have would be coming from the hardware package which would be flange bolts and nuts as they are more of an upgrade than the OEM bolts and would be an additional layer of safety than the standard OEM hardware provided and yes I understand it would add to the cost of the unit also and you can decide for yourself as to the designs and modifications would need the companies okay anyway. The unit is a great price for a product that when needed is safe and can save you a lot of time and the added accessories also are at a reasonable price and are functional and safe for lifting standards... As always read the safety info as that too is critical to the safe function of the crane...

Good product was thinking a bit more sturdy but not really surprised

Seems like a nicely made gantry. It took a little over a month to receive it after ordering, that’s a bit much in my mind! Also, when one of the telescoping winch’s failed the first time I used it I’ve got nothing but the run around from Titan, I’ve been trying to get a replacement for almost 2 months!!! I’d say buy elsewhere if possible!!

Trusted the published measurements, now can’t use it for intended purpose. Minimum height is 105-1/2 inches.

Product arrived "new" in undamaged box. Upon receipt had extensive paint damage and already areas of rust. The brackets for installing the top I beam holes do not line up and can't be installed. See images of brackets side by side. Update: I messaged Titan about my issue with pictures of the problem. They sent me 2 brackets of the correct size and 2 brackets of the wrong size. I messaged them again with pictures, detailing the item I ordered and they still sent me 4 incorrect brackets. Over a month after receiving the product I still do not have a product I can assemble. Their solution to a fair compensation for extensive damages on all the parts was a 5% refund, which is less than their current product discount. I requested a refund and they have persistently been terrible to work with as I have to coordinate getting these parts back to them. Still have not received an assemblable gantry or a refund. Do not buy this or from this company.
