What’s the difference with the 60” tape and the 3” advanced tape besides the size. Are the made with same silicon gel? Same amount？

They're the same exact, quality product with different measurements. One should select which ever shape works the best for their scar size or shape.

Can you take a shower with the tape on? Or will it come off?

I found that I can take 3 or 4 showers keeping it on. It seems the smaller the piece of tape the longer it will last without starting to curl up on the corners.

How long do the effects last, or do you apply the tape for a time and the scar is better for good?

I wore the tape for 6 weeks. I’m not sure it really helped. It was a new scar so not sure what it would have loooked like if I didn’t use it.
