A great snack!

These cookies taste really good but there are enough crumbs in each bag to make a couple of extra cookies. The only way to eat the crumbs is with a spoon. I want cookies.

They are gluten free, and have just the combo of ingredients to make them great for a snack and firm enough to use in Cooking.

Of all the gluten-free vanilla wafers I have tried, this one is the best by far. The cookies look and taste like non-gluten-free vanilla wafers, they don't crumble apart, and there are more than five or six cookies in a box. Give them a try!

Tasty! But be careful! You can miss a moment and eat all of them at once. So, I do not recommend keeping them near a PC or a couch. And yes, they are 100% gluten-free. You shouldn’t worry about your gluten allergy, but remember about your weight 😅

I am so glad to be able to get these gluten free Vanilla Wafers up here. They taste like the ones I ate before being diagnosed with Celiac disease. I went years without being able to make a banana pudding, etc., but once I discovered these wafers, everything changed! The pudding turned out great! The taste was like I remembered in years past.
