Love it! This works perfect as a crossbody or over the shoulder strap with ny small tote purse / pouch. It was a perfect upgrade for an accessory pouch/purse (4.5" x 6.5") that I got for Renaissance Fest, but then fell in love with for use when hiking or attending sporting events. In case I'm not wearing a belt, this chain quickly converts it to a rugged chic purse. The length is a little long for over the shoulder use, but it's perfect for crossbody. I'm 5'7". I bought a 2" embroidered adjustable strap for days when I want a shorter strap. The antique brass finish matches my purse perfectly, and the clips close well with no fear of easily coming undone. The chain gently folds up when not it use and doesn't have any sharp edges that might snag clothing. Great value. Love it!

Very sturdy and the length is just right.

I used the gun-black chain to replace the original and much shorter dark silver Gucci chain on my small vintage horsebit bag. I can now use it as a crossbody bag. It's heavy, thus durable, and matches well with the Gucci hardware. The chain is 47 inches from clasp to clasp. I am 5'7" and the chain is long enough to use the purse as a crossbody. I have had it over 2 years with no problems with tarnishing or rubbing off on my clothes. I keep the chain inside purse, which is kept inside the original dust bag. I will now purchase the bronze to use as a long chain on another vintage Gucci clutch that has bamboo detailing across the fastener and leather trim. Haven't found any other chain of this quality and price.

I am 5ft and the length of chain is just enough right below my waist. Easy to attach to the rings of the bag. Metal is shiny but doesnt look cheap. I have a YSL bag and it matches well to the metal logo in gold hardware of my YSL. Good product.
