This is 100% NOT cotton.I received many pants of the same type. The others at least feel like there is some cotton in them.There is just No WAY this one is cotton.I think it's nylon, but honestly feels like Vinyl.

The material is slightly thin but you can still buy.

Too short and very thin string.
The string is very thin and small. The hole provided for insertion of the string is also very small. After single use the string slipped far back inside the hole instead I had put a knot on the orifice of the string but due to lesser lenght I cannot make a bigger knot.The vendor should take care of these issue.
