Perfect size, but slightly slanted cut
I needed a hole punch for a specific project with fine details. This works fine as a normal hole puncher, but because it cuts at am angle, the punch on cardstock paper leaves an angled taper on the circle, and with how small amd detailed my art projects are, this doesn't work for my needs. Again, just fine for normal stuff, just not good enough for my needs.
