Can you use baffle filters in it and is power level in watts?

This product was not great for me. I would look some where else. The cfm is not as advertised.

Does it makes to much noise

At higher speeds (3-4) there is a fair amount of fan noise. The lower speeds (1-2) are acceptable for kitchen noise, given the banging of pots and pans.

Where can I get replacement lights for the Hisohu range hood?

I would suggest a local lighting store.
