FAULTY HARDWARE ( For heavy Cameras ) - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ( on initial contact. )
Purchased this strap on their official website - fotostrap.com - I loved the quality of the material and the fact that I can get my photography logo customized onto the strap pad - HOWEVER, the buckles are terrible... my camera fell off the strap twice in one day during a Christmas photoshoot. perhaps I may have gotten a faulty buckle, when i messaged them directly about the issue they did not want to resolve the issue.Very disappointed that we chose this camera strap company!!!!!If they decide to fix this problem I will gladly change my review***EDIT***After a series of emails and frustration they finally refunded me for the strap and made it right. This strap may be fine for lighter cameras but nothing with any bulk to it.
