First off, please know that everyone is different and there are a number of reasons why you may be experiencing hair loss/ hair fall. I am 25 and I have thick hair. This hair vitamin really helped me to stop hair fall. I have consistently taken them for at least 4 months. I am noticing new hair growth on my temples and hairs growing in where those gaps in my temples were/ are. This stuff doesn’t work overnight but this will definitely work if you take this regularly. highly recommended!
