Such a Fun and Powerful Gift for DIY Projects
I got this WOJET pressure washer sandblasting kit as a gift for my husband, and it turned out to be a big hit. He already had a pressure washer, so this was a really cool add-on that gave it a whole new level of capability. Setup was pretty straightforward with the 1/4" quick connect. Once hooked up, it worked surprisingly well. It made quick work of rust and old paint on some metal pieces he was cleaning up. The wet blasting setup is nice because it keeps the dust way down compared to traditional dry sandblasting, which makes the whole process feel more manageable for home use. The 25-foot hose gives plenty of reach, and the overall build feels durable and solid. It handled the pressure without any issues and didnโt feel flimsy or cheap. If youโve got someone who loves working on cars, outdoor equipment, or random metal projects around the house, this is honestly a great gift idea. Itโs one of those tools you donโt necessarily buy for yourself right away, but once you have it, youโre glad you do. Definitely a win in our house.

Great Product
needed a cost effective way to clean old weathered Roots, Driftwood and Timbers, many of which are covered in years of moss & dirt in general. This kit brings the wood back to a nice clean finish. I use medium grit coal slag and have had no problem with clogging Or difficulty in sucking the medium through the 25ft hose. Although Wojet recommends at least 3.0+ gpm. I am useing a 3200psi @ 2.5 gpm. and it works perfectly for my application. Very happy with my choice & purchase.

Small jobs only
This is ok if you are trying to do smaller jobs. Worked for me blasting my dana 60 before painting it. Left a lot to be desired tough. It could remove rust but it didn't want to remove pant to well. Had it hooked to a craftsman 3100psi gas powered blaster.

This unit works great and is built well
I bought this to get graffiti off of a stone wall. I had tried acetone, a pressure washer and it didn't do anything. This wet sandblasting unit worked great! There are units available for less money, but this unit is built well, works great, and I highly recommend

Well made product.
Does ok. This would have been a real job to take all the paint off my patio. Had to use the black sand from tractor supply. This would be ok on smaller jobs. I probably wonโt have a need for this again. Really didnโt get my moneys worth.

For anyone who can appreciate a great stripper!
Well...this is rather awkward to discuss, but after spending a couple of days trying to get rid of peeling paint on a metal fence, I was feeling defeated. I started off with sandpaper, but quickly realized I was not man enough for the job. I then resorted to pulling out my angle grinder with a wire brush thinking that certainly wielding such a powerful and loud device I could make hasty work of the task at handโฆbut that too proved to be wrong. Disgruntled I conceded to using a chemical stripper and a pressure washerโฆand when my pressure washer proved too anemic, I convinced myself that I just needed a little more power, so I upgraded to a 4000 PSI gas powered commercial pressure washer. When that too failed, I was left humiliated, ashamed, and feeling defeated. My sense of manhood had been destroyed. After days of effort, I had only managed to completely strip about 16 out of 160 feet of metal fence. A few days later I woke up hot and sweaty after a dirty - wet dream that involved strippers and left me wishing for a bigger tool. Somewhere in a remote corner of my brain there was a recollection of mixing sand with water to remove paintโฆbut was convinced such a device would be complex and cost prohibitive for a simple DIY guy like me. On a whim I decided to research the topic further and was surprised to find kits such as this were readily available and reasonably inexpensive. However, even though everything else had failed and despite my skepticism, I decided to take try this before conceding that I was just not up for the job. To my shock, this thing worked flawlessly. 10 โ 50 lb. bags of play sand stripped all of the old paint off of 60 feet of fencing in less than a day! Now I am living the dream! I realize that this isn't for everybody...but if you enjoy getting down and dirty with a stripper...and aren't so insecure as to admit when you may not have the tool to get the job done...this one is for you! Tips: Make sure to keep your sand dry and that the sand you are using has been screened to remove any larger pebbles (Play Sand NOT General-Purpose sand). Also, I found that using a couple of zip ties to connect the sand hose to the wand and handle was immensely helpful because it moved the weight and drag of the hose to the handle rather than at the tip where the leverage works against you. One reviewer suggested an ultra-short wand. I would highly discourage going that rout because of the significant increased risk of inadvertently blasting your foot or hand. You also will getting hit much harder with sand and water bouncing off of whatever you are blasting.

This surprised me, Iโm a fan!
Very impressed, blasted my 44 year old skidloader rims in 20 minutes with little wire wheeling afterwards because I couldnโt get all the angles with wheels still on the machine. Used a whole 40lb bag of media in a Homer bucket. Highly recommend having a second person to move tube in media to keep media moving consistently. Exceeded my expectations and put a smile on my face. Use long sleeves and a face shield! It tickles a little. Very happy with result, pics are after sandblasting and final paint.

At 149.99, it's a deal... others want way more
I had the smaller one which was fine for light duty but it would not remove paint down to the metal. ] This unit will remove rust and paint leaving nice bear metal. I used an undersized pressure washer (older 3000psi 2,5 gpm karcher) and it removed paint and rust but slow. I've ordered a unit closer to the recommended capacity, a 42oo psi with 4 gpm, to ensure enough power and flow to allow me to get things done faster. UPDATE: With my new PW big improvement in time and level of removal.

Works well, good service from WOJET
Blaster works really well, I cleaned up a rusty truck frame and it knocked off the rust down to bare metal fairly easy. Be aware you are going to go through a fair bit of sand, a 25 kg bag disappears rather quickly so if you can buy bulk it is the way to go. Flash rust is an issue when wet blasting especially if you use well water like I do. Some kind of rust inhibitor mixed with the water would be preferable. I personally really like the no dust blasting, but of course the sand is a total loss when itโs wet, small price to pay I figure. WOJET backs up their product really well, when I contacted them because I thought the nozzle washed out rather quickly, they sent me a whole new unit for free including shipping. Reason being the nozzles are on back order until end of August. I was impressed, new kit was here in two days.

WOJET Sandblasting Kit
I've decided to share my personal experience with the WOJET Sandblasting Kit, Wet Sandblaster Attachment. As someone who enjoys tackling DIY projects around the house, I was eager to try out this sandblasting kit for various restoration tasks. Firstly, I was impressed with the quality of materials used in this kit. The components felt sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence in its durability and long-term performance. The heavy-duty hose, in particular, stood out to me as it seemed like it could withstand plenty of use without wearing down. Setting up the kit was a breeze, with just one connection required. However, I did notice that the hose was quite long, which provided a good range of motion but also made it a bit awkward to keep the sand tube in the bucket securely. I had to improvise with a clamp support to keep everything in place. Once everything was set up, I connected the kit to my pressure washer and got to work. I found that it effectively blasted away paint, rust, and debris from various surfaces, making quick work of stubborn stains and rust on outdoor surfaces like my rusty old trailer. It was a messy job, but the satisfaction of seeing the results made it worthwhile. One thing to note is that the kit can be sensitive to wind, so I had to be cautious when using it on windy days to prevent the blasting media from scattering uncontrollably. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the performance of the WOJET Sandblasting Kit. It's a high-quality attachment that offers efficient cleaning and restoration capabilities, making it a valuable addition to any workshop or DIY enthusiast's toolkit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and effective sandblasting solution.

Performance is slight below expectation and media consumption is surprisingly high
Despite the very attractive price, compared to other sandblasting tools, I find myself, not quite sold on this piece. I suppose there is a solid argument for the cost if you only need something like this once or VERY rarely. If you are price to using a sand blasting tool on a somewhat or semi regularly, I would suggest that you move on. Build quality, though seemingly sufficient for light use, is not on par with more expensive units (not surprising) and does not provide confidence that they is a safe, long term, investment. The rig is easy enough to use and does a decent job, I can't really fault it there but I was taken back by how much media this tool goes through. Much more than expected or previously experienced. In the end, this is a "you get what you pay for" sort of deal and if you really don't need to work with one, regularly, it might be right for you but I am not inclined to recommend it, too enthusiastically l.

Best and cleanest method for DIY sandblasting!
I used to work in the auto body repair industry and am experienced with using sandblasting for rust removal and metal prep. I've used many methods and blasting media but all used compressed air and various forms of containment for the dust and debris that are the major downside of sandblasting. In short, air sandblasting is a mess and you need a commercial scale air compressor for it to be effective so I was pretty excited to see this kit from Wojet that uses a pressure washer. The materials and build quality of this tool are very good and commercial grade. I used it with a consumer grade, 4,000 psi gasoline pressure washer and silica sand blasting media and it worked awesome! It stripped the rust off my RV frame and I also used it to prep a small garden trailer for repainting. My boat trailer is coming up next. Compared to dry air blasting, there is no dust and I find it way easier to control the debris as everything is water-borne and doesn't scatter as far and wide. The only downside it that everything around you gets wet but a home user going to be blasting outdoors anyway and the pressure washer is already hooked up so clean up is a breeze. This is a very effective sandblaster for the home user who typically doesn't own a large air compressor and tank but likely has a basic pressure washer - 5/5.
