Works better than cushions without a hole for pressure relief. Does take a few minutes to soften from body heat. Give it 5 minutes to reach a workable feel.

This simple $30-something solid masterpiece is ideal to sit in a flat surface that keeps your knees even with your hips ( NOT HIGHER than hips). It then can also keep spine aligned while protecting your lower end from feeling pressure or, for example, speed bumps (but of course, always be WISE & PRACTICAL, cushion or no cushion, and drive slowly over speed bumps to protect residential kids/elderly/animals and yourself with spine or tail issues)! I have one I move around the house, and now one I keep in the car for driving or taking into meetings or restaurants! I may get a 3rd too! Perfect gift as well! Perfect Black classy dark color and soft buttside and NO SLIP underside that grips a nice flat surface! FYI: I learned this works BEST. In a surface the appropriate height for sitting properly, NOT jacked up on s bunch of pillows as then you lose spine protection and can feel pressure in tail. Though, I need a little height so one 2”inch cushion plus my donut seems to work okay, but nig higher, and ideal Is s a chair that puts knees at 90-degree angle ( not too high fir hips or spine and not too low for knees). Test out in s perfectly flat kitchen chair and you can feel the ideal, then test out how you can get that same dojnevfriendly feel in other surfaces/furniture. If it feels uncomfortable then you are adding to either the wrong surface or have put too many squishy pillows under it. It is made to hold its own in basic surface. High quality simplicity!

I love this donut pillow! I used it to drive the hours in the other day, and it really helped me! I started using it on my office chair right after I received it as well. Really helps with SI joint/sciatic nerve issues. I took it with me to a baseball game last night, you know how the stadium seats are....it literally saved my butt! Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to get out of the place and left it behind. You better believe I re-ordered it when I got home.
