Best Pasta Bowls. Mikasa is my go to always.

We own a full set of Mikasa dinner ware with standard plates as well as these bowls, and for a while everyone would fight to use these pasta bowls for dinner instead of the standard plates. I love the shape: they are the perfect blend between a plate and a bowl. You don't have to worry about watery sauces spilling as they would with a regular plate, but there is enough room to use a knife and fork, which you can't usually do with a deeper bowl. I like that it is bone china and has an elegant design. They aren't quite as durable as stoneware, but that's the tradeoff for the lightness of bone china. They are easy to clean by hand and in the dishwasher, but they do sometimes get a faint iridescent residue on the outside: I can't tell if this is an issue with my detergent or with the plates themselves. It comes off easily, though. Definitely plan to buy more of these.

Perfect pasta plates/bowls! I purchased these to go with my Calamityware set (which do not have this size). I wanted something that could look nice, not be heavy, and still have a high quality feel. These did just that. Love them- very happy with my purchase.

We bought our first set of these dishes about 7 years ago. We just added a second kitchen to our home and these were our first choice again. Simple, elegant, durable and not expensive.

My husband loves these, mainly for the fact that they contain his dinner in a smaller than dinner plate size without spilling. I love them because after getting a set of Mikasa bone china dishes a few years ago, I wondered why I had ever used anything else. They are lightweight, and are extremely resistant to chipping, cracking or breaking. They don't stain from stainless silverware or foods, and come out the dishwasher shiny every time. As my husband does, I love the Delray pasta dishes for our everyday dinners--they work for pasta, soup, casserole, just about anything you'd care to serve in them, and the plain white design matches all Mikasa patterns.

6 STARS. Really glad I spent the few extra dollars to get BONE CHINA versus ceramic. The look and feel is superior. I am a foody and avid amateur cook. Wanted a bowl of this size and shape for special meals for friends. Can't recommend any higher.

I’m glad I purchased these to go with the complete dinnerware set. They’re very versatile. Classic and simple style is casually elegant and goes with anything. One bowl was broken on arrival, but Mikasa sent a new set without asking for the originals to be returned. So I ended up with a few extra bowls.

These are high quality bowls and are the perfect size for pastas like spaghetti, rigatoni, bow ties, etc. Pasta experts say ravioli and lasagna is best on a plate but bowls are best for most pastas since they keep the pasta hotter along with a few other positives. I had my first spaghetti dinner last night in this bowl and after searching around for quite awhile for different brands, colors and sizes of pasta bowls, I made the right choice. They are safe in the dishwasher and microwave and are said to be very durable. They are also good for salads. I love this set of 4!!! Highly recommended.

Greats pasta bowls. They are a good size and have a clean and simple design. We own other Mikasa dishes, but these ones seem to be a better quality. Whatever coating they use on them constantly feels nice and slick so they clean up very well.

I ordered 4 bowls to match my dish set - then ordered another 4 which ended up arriving completely broken, It would be good if amazon shipped in a proper larger box with padding rather than the manufacturers OFF THE SHELF packaging. what a waste of product, time and energy THe bowls are a great size for spaghetti or salads thats why i ordered them 2X

very good material, smooth surface, very good size and it's serve as plate too, that's the idea, bowl that can be use as bowl plate and food does not get off the side. its big enough also use as serving bowl/plate, its my favorite item.

Although rather large we find the pasta bowls handy for lunch and dinner. Nice quality,and priced fa8rly.
