Boldify Hairline Powder, Root Touch Up Hair Color - Dark Brown 4g

Covers grey and give the impression of thicker fuller hair.I was using a well know brands root spray and found that it was contributing to hair loss with it being so cold and sprayed directly on the scalp and the harsh chemicals. This is very gentle.. dabs on instantly, has no powder residue and is so easy to apply. I've had no effect with rain either. Allowed me to go several weeks longer with having to dye my roots. Brilliant product.

So. I literally got this product like 20minutes ago. I had to compare it to my £1 product I usually use.Pros-1. It's very good coverage I would say 90% natural looking from a distance.2. It matched very well with my hair colour (Dark brown)3.comes compact with a sponge, good for large areas. (to further blend, i used a makeup brush to get to precise areas you'd need a brush.)Cons.1. It does transfer. So be careful when wearing light colours!It can get messy I suggest using paper towels under the actual box and wearing a towel around the shoulders. If using on head.2. Leaves a funny feeling texture on your hair, similar to dry shampoo.3. It's not 100% coverage unless you use a large quantity to keep building on coverage and that can get costly.This is my personal honest opinion. So far I've used makeup to cover my alopecia patches. This is a nice little product and does help cover up most areas buy requires a bit of layering to get to full coverage. Overall I would potentially purchase again. But I would also try other products to see the difference.I've put my before and after picture so you can see them side by side.Hope this helps 🙏 x

Really good idea if you do not want to keep dying your hair! BUT you need to have a tiny little puff sponge to apply it.

Not good. Did not realise that this was not refundable. Would not recommend purchasing this at all for that reason. Product is unopened but so tiny it is not suitable for my needs. Maybe great for a bald spot or some slight hair parting roots but anything beyond that is a no no.

It works but the piece to help you open the top came off at first pull and its very tricky to open so I now have used it a few times and cannot get back into it so lots of wasted product unfortunately.

Was pleasantly surprised , really good product. I looked at a few of these products and reviewed comments and thought I’d try this one. The only thing that I was worried about was the comments about the sponge and how it didn’t get to the all the powder in the pot. I found a way around that issue. I used a clean MAC 190 foundation brush to apply the powder to my hair line and parting. Well it works just as well as the sponge and I can get to every last bit of the powder, no wastage.The powder itself matches my hair colour and has really good coverage. it’s easy to apply and does exactly what it says.Really pleased with this purchase.

Just received it and tried straight away to my temples where I've lost so much hair.....its incredible....just makes you look like you have hair there. I have some baby hairs growing back, but with this, it darkens, so it looks like I have another few cms of hair rather than scalp. I had never thought of doing this before to hide it, I used to spray my roots when the grey came between dyes but never thought i could do anything with temples until now. Need to try the black as I got dark brown and I dye my hair black and when it fades its dark brown.... but its so easy to apply. i use an eyeshadow brush, so I can put exactly where I want it, but the compact puff that comes with it is quick and easy. I'm really excited to have a denser, better hairline....Thank You Boldify.

Très pratique d'usage! Petit pot peu se glisser facilement dans un sac à main ou autre pour refaire éventuellement des retouche dans la journée. Mais bonne tenue et la couleur correspond. Je recommande.

I’m thinning at the crown. I’ve had hair treatments to improve density and, in general, I’m lucky to have thick, curly hair. But the hairs that have gone are gone.I want to mention that I’ve grown my hair out, so my natural coverage is actually quite good. Still, the thinning spot is visible—though not as bad as it used to be.I’ve used hair fibres for a long time. They work really well, but the mess they leave behind is extremely annoying. With my recent hair growth, I thought I might no longer need fibres, so I tried **Boldify** for the first time today. After three small applications, you wouldn’t know I had a thinning spot—my hair looked as good as it does with fibres.I can’t yet comment on how long it lasts, but I’m confident it’ll hold up for a full day. So far, I’m very impressed. It’s made managing that small spot much easier, and there’s no mess every time I want to cover the area.I’ve tried cheaper copies before, just to be clear—and they were terrible. I wasn’t sure what to expect with Boldify, but it worked perfectly.I can’t speak for people with more severe thinning or less hair overall, but if you’ve got decent coverage and just need something to help mask a small area, this won’t let you down.

Review from a person who has been colouring roots every 3 weeks for the better part of a decade, this product is amazing. I have bought every spray, mascara wand, powder and dabber on the market from every retailer and this has been the best for me to date. Instantly covers my shiny silver roots and also fills thin spots near my temples to my ears when I have my hair pulled back. I love this product. It is the only grey coverage I have ever used that I do not see in my hair. It will transfer to your fingers if you scratch your head where it is applied, but cleans off very easy with soap and water. As I type this review I am on day 3 of not washing my hair and have not had to yet reapply at my roots.
