Too Snug for Pistol. Remedy Ruined It. My Bad.
I love the SABRE pepper spray pistol and thought it deserving of this leather holster to replace the rather mediocre nylon one that comes with the pistol. Right away it was obvious that the holster was too tight ... really tight. I have other "real" handguns for which I've had leather holsters custom made and know that initially the fit is snug. Plastic bags around the pistol gradually stretch the holster so the fit is close but permits rapid withdrawal. With a plastic pistol I was reluctant to apply too much force. I then sprayed the interior with a silicone- based liquid without benefit. Out of desperation I resorted to sanding the interior but in so doing wore through the stitching holding the belt loop, which came off and was the sorry end of the holster. In retrospect I should have worked harder on stretching. So, the failure is ultimately of my doing. However, this is a very light weight pistol and didn't require the same level of tightness for retention as a real metal pistol.

There is nothing wrong with the holster but it is supposed to fit Saber tear gas launcher and it's to small
