It say "use with jarrow formulas qh-absorb " is that really necessary? i had the citrus bergamot without it? was i wasting money?

Citrus Bergamot is similar to the statin drugs in that it can deplete CoQ10 in the body, which the heart muscle needs. I take a similar supplement to keep my CoQ10 from being depleted.
