Firstly, I've had Salter, Weighwatcher and various other scales. I have no idea why scales don't like my house, but I only have carpets or lino to weigh on. So to try and get consistently accurate weighs, I've had my various scales on a totally flat piece of wood (spirit level confirms it's level). No scales weighed the same number twice in succession. Some scales won't 'settle' onto one weight. I've tried so many bathroom scales and none seem to get a consistent accurate reading. So I decided to try these scales based on the reviews. Amazing! I open the app, step on - within a few seconds the weight settles and the app pings to say the reading has been accepted. I can get on and off and weigh 3 or 4 times and I get the exact same reading each time. At last, accurate scales!!!! And the app is awesome too. It logs your weigh-ins and you can see the 'trend' which shows your weight loss/gain on a chart. It also calculates your BMI and obviously, you can decide on pound, stone and pounds or kg's. You don't have to use the app as your weight comes up with a large, clear display. But I do recommend the app. It's really easy to use - add your name, height, sex and then step on the scales. So so easy! I really wish I'd found these years ago, I would have saved myself so much frustration. A few weeks on, I'm still in love with these scales. They are made of thick glass, the two silver outside strips under the glass help you stand on the same spot every time. These scales are the best.

These scales are great, and they're calibrated well out of the box (compared against the scales at my doctor's office). Readings are repeatable and settle on the same value to a precision of 0.05kg. Normally when you get a companion app for something like this, it's a bit questionable or has limited functionality. The Vitafit Android app on the other hand is really good. It's clear and intuitive and does exactly what you'd want and no more. Shows weight and BMI on the main page, and the graphing functionality has selectable day/week/month averages so you can see trends over time. If you leave it paired with your phone, it connects and uploads results only when the app is open, so you won't get spurious numbers from other people using your scales in the interim. I'm mighty impressed.

The weight balance is precise, but it's important to note that the app is solely designed for tracking weight.

I don’t like to leave reviews right after a purchase I like to use the product thoroughly and in this case this scale did not disappoint. I’m a very big guy standing at 6ft3 at first I was sceptical about this scale thinking there’s no way a flimsy glass scale could hold my weight but I was wrong it’s a thick piece of glass the build quality past my expectations it’s sturdy no creeks when standing on it or the batteries popping out like my old scale did, and I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about the included batteries not lasting well mine have been lasting since January when I purchased it. As for the functionality the app is good and has a range of options for tracking your health info and goals it can be linked to your apple health and Fitbit. Overall 5 stars

Been buying these scales all the time, best scales i have ever had

I don’t usually leave reviews but credit where credit is due. The quality of the item is very good, solid and up to the task. I can’t comment on accuracy as I don’t have anything to compare against but it seems about right. The software is intuitive and being a typical man didn’t read any of the instructions but that’s what surprised me on the software, when you see in the App Store it’s from Shenzhen the expectation is a bit of software that you feel has been thrown together quickly and clunky. But in this case the Vitafit software looks professionally designed and is very intuitive amd simple to operate and understand, so that combined with a solid physical product I feel it is an excellent product and would recommend to a friend.

Having had other scales of a similar price range previously and being let down by accuracy I can finally say I’m happy. The response time of the Bluetooth connection is phenomenal (almost instant), battery life seems great, and they seem very accurate Each time I weight myself I take three readings usually and take the average. With these I don’t have to, as each reading comes through almost identical bar a bit hear and there. You have to take into account air in lungs mid breath etc so that explains the slight differences. Overall I’m very happy. Nice scales

I am starting my weight loss journey and had issues with scales not able to read my weight because I am over weight. Today was the first time I was able to weight myself and I was shocked how heavy I was. At lease I have a starting point for my journey. The app works well and will be handy to track my progress. It is well made and solid. For $39 with a $10 coupon this was a steal! I appreciate the price and quality of this scale.
