20231028: Recd this on 22 Oct 23. Have used it almost daily since to help with a shoulder issue. Have used the same sticky things too. Those are easy enough to apply but make sure you attach the leads first like the instructions say. Otherwise you may need some help attaching those.. I'm amazed at how powerful it is for such a small and inexpensive device. And considering the price, it's pretty good quality. Also impressed with the variety of settings. I ran through them all for fun and found something I like about each. Have to take an 8 hour flight over seas so decided to attach the leads so I can use it on the plane. Enjoying a shoulder "massage" now as I wait to board. Sounds pervy but it is on my shoulder. I know the instructions say don't place the stickies closer than an inch a part. I think that is because one is positive and one is negative. The closer they are the more intense the puls e as you increase levels. The further a part the less intense. I say this because the intensity can cause a bit of pain if you're not careful definitely increase through the levels slowly. Anyway, I'm babbling so I'll close with.... I am extremely happy with this so far. I'll try to post again in a month or so to let you know if I'm still happy.

First, I need to apologize to Amazon and the seller since I returned my first unit thinking it was not working. You MUST apply the pads to your skin before attempting to set the intensity level. I was not doing this, any only attempted to place the pads on my skin without taking off the plastic. Now, my review. The controls are easy to use, but there are too many settings, 24 to be exact. A novice would not have any idea as to what works best and for what purpose. Also, to get to all of them, you need to hold down one of the buttons for a few seconds to "jump" to the next main setting. The on-screen animation is not entirely helpful. Once you select a setting and a comfort level, this unit really does work in my opinion. You are essentially getting shocked by the electrodes, but the pulsing (depending on your setting) is doing its job. I have been using a heated neck massager to treat what seems to be pain in my rotator cuff, and this device was like the icing on the cake. After using it a few times, I have picked up most of the rest of the movement in my right arm that I was not getting prior to using this. Not being a medical person, I am only guessing at the placement of the sticky pads. If you are looking to use this to treat a specific pain condition, you may want to determine the optimum placement before applying the pads. Once applied, the pads stay on. You do get the ability to apply up to three sets of pads at once! One of the connectors has two sets of probes (supporting 4 pads), and the other connectors support one set. Since there is an A and a B channel, you can run all of these at once. Not sure why anyone would want to do that however :-) As of now, I would buy this again if needed, or get it as a gift for someone who may benefit from the electrical stimulation.

I liked it so much I purchased one for a friend and one for my mom. It comes with a variety of pads, but I also purchased the 4"x8" pads from a different seller to use on my back and my big bum 😅 It's a little tricky figuring out which buttons to press to get the desired usage.. I'm not a directions girl... But once I figured it out I couldn't be happier. I use it easy too often, for way too long and I love it!! It comes with three different cords that all have little Velcro straps attached to keep them neat. The charge lasts for about five 60 minute cycles. The unit is extremely lite-weight which I love (my other one is very heavy and drags my clothing down when I clip it on) for the convenience of mobility. There is no clip on this unit but there is a wrist strap. The screen glows blue when programming then goes off to save battery life. The box it comes in is very company and packaged perfectly. In addition there is a bag to carry for storage of the pieces in use in your car or purse or whatever. I love this unit and so do the people I gifted it to. Great purchase!

I’ve been using this TENS unit for a few days several times a day for very bad lumbosacral pain that has been chronic, having to take pain medication daily. And so far I am greatly helped and relieved of the pain by this unit and have not had to take any pain meds —this is amazing! It is truly a gift from God to me! I’m so glad I took a chance a purchased this Nursal TENS. It is a little skimpy on instructions but once I figured out how to use it with the many different settings I am very pleased. They provide an ample supply of pads and connectors and a nice carrying case. The lanyard isn’t too helpful but I just use my own. I’m definitely going to purchase more pads and keep this godsend unit on my body all the time to use wherever necessary. The battery seems to last quite a long time between charges — depends on how long and how often you use it. The adhesive is wonderful!! It says sticky for a very long time and does not irritate the skin (I am very sensitive to adhesive and this does not even leave a pink mark on my skin after wearing it all day!) I am thoroughly satisfied and pleased with this TENS unit and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone in need of pain relief!!
