I love this XL Revix knee ice wrap so much I bought a second one. SO easy to use! Comfortable, flexible, gets the cold exactly where you need it. Definitely improved swelling and mobility after use. This ice wrap stays cold for the maximum 20 minute application recommended. Soft material, long straps, strong Velcro.

I saw reviews stating coldness doesn’t last long. If you need constant cold therapy maybe consider a machine. If you are wanting an ice pack for 15-30 minutes of treatment at a time, this will work well. You might find an ice back that stays cold longer but this is more than just an ice pack. I got the black XL size. I wear XL clothing in women’s and this made it entirely around my knee post knee surgery. Pros: Flexible gel pad conforms around you, lined with soft fabric, long stretchy straps with good quality velcro, stays cold for 15-30 minutes enough for 1 treatment, minimal condensation, full 360 coverage makes treatment more effective, cost for value. Cons: Sometimes I do wish the cold would last longer but I don’t think that’s possible with any gel type ice back. Also treatments aren’t for hours at a time and this tells me when time is up. I will just get a 2nd one because frankly they aren’t expensive for the quality. I would not consider this a brace as implied but you can definitely walk around with it if you need to without interrupting your cold treatment session. Pictures included of fit and instructions.

This is a very practical design, well made. The velcro straps could be stronger though and stretch too much, in my own preference. The ice pack works but it does not stay cold as long as I need probably only 10 -15 minutes. I need 40 minutes ideally, as that would mean 20 on, 20 off (with pack placed back in freezer for 20-25), then 20 more minutes of cold therapy. I am not happy it takes 4 hours to refreeze to its best coldness.

Bought 2 of these anf threw them in the freezer to get ready for my knee surgery (meniscus repair). Started using them about 3 days after surgery which was after my first physical therapy appointment. I have noticed that they definitely improved my dwelling and mobility after use. To prevent uncomfortable coldness toy knee. I apply it over my sweatpants with the fuzzy soft portion on the outside. It's been working great and I am definitely improving enough for me to get rid of my crutches. I have to say that it starts to warm up after 20 minutes or so but even if I leave it on for 30-35 minutes,.... There is still some coldness in the pack when I take it off. In order to effectively use this, you will need more than 2 packs. I initially ordered 2 but today I will order 2 more so that I'm using the packs every 2 hours. I also went from freezing them in my refrigerator freezer to using them in standalone freezer downstairs. They definitely tend to freeze better. This knee pad does work as designed but remember, your need more that just the one pack. I have no complaints as of yet.

I had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. At my doctor’s suggestion I bought an expensive ice machine. It was very cumbersome to use; didn’t fully wrap my entire knee; needed to be filled with ice and water; and, a few days ago, it fell off the table I kept it on and made a mess of my carpeting. I had to dry the carpet with a bad knee and it was such a hassle I only used once a day. Bought this new XL ice wrap. Perfect. Fits around my knee; simple to use; gets cold quickly and stays cold and it is so much better than the bulky ice machine. If you are having knee replacement surgery, forget the ice machine and get this. So perfect I now ice 3-4 times a day and can walk around from room to room while it is strapped on. I’m a 6’1” male and this fits my entire knee front and back. Long straps easy to secure. Sorry I spent $200 on an ice machine that wasn’t nearly as simple and effective as this simple wrap. Just what you need. XL size is perfect for a tall man. Smaller people can use the regular size. Highly recommended.

The product is well made however, I have placed the two braces I bought (2) in a freezer with and without the bag that came with. They are unable to get very cold. It comes with a softer cloth on one side and the gel without any protection is on the other side. I have tried both sides to try to get it to work. I have had three major knee surgeries two replacements and in a great deal of pain that I need to help with the swelling. This product is unable to get very cold. The coldness only lasts about maybe 10 minutes if I'm lucky. I like how they made great straps, it does stay on when I am walking. The only way I truly can use this is by placing ice in a baggie underneath it against my skin and then I put this knee gel packover it to keep everything in place. The straps do hold up and allow me to walk without them falling down. I am rating it a three star because of this. As far as how it works with the coldness, I would give it a one star.

I tried chemist Warehouse and Cincotta, but neither had what I wanted. This cold pack with twin straps to hold it in place on a knee replacement was just what I needed excellent product, nice long velcro straps to secure it, and soft material for against the skin

Ich habe mit die Kühlmanschette in den Größen "Standard und XL" bestellt. Beide machen einen guten und qualitativ ansprechenden Eindruck. Ich habe mich dann für die XL-Variante entschieden, weil die Auflagefläche größer ist und die Befestigungsbänder besser halten und sitzen. Die Kälte ist sehr angenehm und nicht aggressiv wie anderen Kühlpads. Das liegt zum einen an der großen Auflagefläche und zum andren am Fleecebezug auf der Kühlseite, was die ganze Sache schön angenehm macht. Ich bis sehr zufrieden mit der Manschette und würde sie wieder kaufen.
