BWE 6-Inch Rectangular Deck Plate, Chrome, Kitchen & Bathroom, 1 or 3 Hole

I had the chrome version, looks beautiful. This one has a hard plastic screen underneath the metal so that you can tighten the faucet as much as you want without bending the metal. Then surrounding that plastic support is a foam surrounding which allows you to place it without having to put, any kind of caulking because water won’t go underneath. Very good product. Unbelievable price will definitely buy it again if I need one.

I ordered this awesome faucet but it didn't come with a bottom plate. I was so worried I had just wasted my money. I found this faucet base plate on amazon, took a chance on it. I'm so happy I did! This matches perfectly!

I tried three different solutions for my faucet and this BEW part was one of those three. The product is fine but I did not look at the details closely enough prior to purchase, and had I, I would not have bought it. One of the other parts I ordered was a solid block of metal, very sturdy, and looked great but it was too long. This one is the right size to block a 3-hole single-handle 1980's era bathroom faucet mounting to replace with a new single hold modern faucet. But is actually a quite thin metal stamped plate with a foam insert inside it, rathe than being solid. I had to be careful when tightening the faucet because the metal is so thin it could easily cave in if you tighten just a little too much. So yeah- for the money it's fine. I got the chrome and another with brushed nickel and I like the brushed nickel better for my use.

I looked at buying the OEM for my faucet but it was $50. This piece was far less expensive and looks great. The picture and description does not mention the hole is reinforced with a plastic base so the faucet can be properly tightened without dents. I would recommend this to a friend.

We wanted to install a new single hole faucet for our bathroom sink, but our sink was made for a 3 hole faucet. A base plate did not come with this specific faucet, so we found one here. It literally looks and feels like it was meant to go with this set. It was easy to use/install and looks great! Like others are saying, it is a bit thinner than the higher priced ones, but we had no issues with it. It comes with a foam liner and rubber seal, which helps keep it in place or from bending when you tighten it. I would definitely purchase it again if I needed to. Very fast shipping too!

I got this because a faucet I ordered did not have one. This one seemed to fit my needs perfectly. It does look very nice and does it job as described, but it is very thin metal and when I tightened mu faucet down on it with just a little force, it started to bend around the faucet base. I am using it and am somewhat happy with it, but I can only give it 3 stars for the cheap quality.
